The first thing I need to say is I did not stay in the property pictured here. So none of the ratings about that property apply. I just answered because I was required to. I booked the property in the photo and paid in full when I booked it. The night before we were to enter the property I was told that I couldnât have this property. And there was only one other house that was immediately available. I had family coming in from long distances the next day so I couldnât risk not taking it. But I was very disappointed. You only need to look at the house that I booked and the one I stayed in to see the difference in style and appearance. Then we got there and it was freezing cold all night. The heat would not come on even when maintenance personnel came and tried to fix it. Our host had to bring in space heaters. And we didnât have WiFi until the evening before we checked out. I have written to my host requesting a partial refund. If you are the decision maker about that, please consider my request. If not, please direct me to the appropriate person to contact, unless itâs my host because Iâve contacted her already.
