Ce condominium offre toutes les commodités pour une visite relaxante de les Smoky Mountains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit king size. A l'étage dans le grenier sont deux lits doubles. Le maître de bain a une étape dans la douche et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. Le bain d'hôtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. A l'étage la mezzanine a une salle de bain complète avec un ensemble douche / baignoire. Notre cuisine entièrement équipée propose appareils de taille complète, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis avec la verrerie, vaisselle, argenterie, vaisselle. Tous les draps sont fournis. Nous fournissons également un grand parking gratuit.

Inch of dust in everything so bad we all were sick. Above the fireplace I moved the decor and took a photo. The headboard COVERED in dust. Floor had giant dust bunnies. Will def be at the dr tomorrow due to this now severe congestion caused by dust.

Best Stay Ever!

We came Memorial Day Weekend And stayed Friday through Monday with four couples and we all loved the stay. The condo was very spacious and homey. Whether we were in the condo or on the balcony, we all had plenty of room to lay and sit around and relax. The decor was very nice and updated. The beds were all very comfortable and the bed linens were clean and updated to match decor. The pool and hot tub were nice. Area was very safe and well lit. Parking area was spacious. We will definitely be coming back in the Fall.

Off the main strip but 10 mins away from main strip

We have stayed in places on the strip before and never got any sleep. This condo was away from the hustle and bustle and 10 mins from the strip. Located next to a stream coffee on the balcony was a welcome morning treat. We were there for a dance convention and it was nice to have a place close to grab breakfast and lunch from the condo and not have to eat out all the time. We had my mother and father with us so the elevator was nice so they didn’t have to do 4flights of stairs. Beds were comfortable and it had a nice jet tub and shower in the master bath. Check in was easy even after check in hours. Same with check out as we left before the office opened. When arriving we always make a sweep, and the screen door was broke off and setting against the balcony door. We also saw dust and hair on the coffee table and mantle. We notified the host right when we got there and they offered to send someone the next day to clean. There isn’t a lot of cookware, and no spices. There are just basics, and a small cutting board, so if you plan to cook like I did, you may want to bring some items. There is a small pool and hot tub my spouse and daughter checked out in the evenings . Overall we would stay here again due to location, and ease of a lot of factors.

Ladies trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room we booked was older so we knew that when we arrived. The room looked as if it had not been cleaned very well. Hair was all over bathrooms and floors. Wall in one bathroom had something nasty on it. Just overall nasty. I called the office and they were wonderful. They moved us to a much nicer room that looked cleaner with newer beds. Overall I think that house keeping does not do a very good job cleaning. I know that is a hard job but the rooms needed a deep cleaning. There was still a lot of hair everywhere and very dusty. We saw the cleaner and their kids were helping clean a room. That might explain the room not being cleaned properly. Overall our stay was very nice. Donna was a great help as was the front desk staff.

Depends on the room because some rooms are not. We rented 3, 3 bedroom rooms and had plenty of room for 20 adults and a baby and we had plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs loft can handle 5 adult children.

This place was very close to the main road thru Gatlingburg and had plenty of parking. The 3 bedrooms were nice and loved that the main bath, kitchen and floors had been redone. You could tell the place as a whole was older but I would stay again. Cleaning was ok for most of the part except very dusty under and behind beds and couch.

Location is superb, however, furniture is far beyond needing replacement, too many items do not work, quality of repairs are poor and entrap food and dirt in tile floors. In my 15 years of using Park Place, I am now looking for another place when and if I return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upstairs was really very dusty, cob webs everywhere, popcorn kernels and hair ties up and down stairs. Bad stains in carpet in master bedroom, cob webs, kinda nasty everywhere. Whoever is cleaning this place needs to be replaced. Master bedroom mattress is wore out and has a deep indent in it. Second sink in master bathroom stopper doesn’t work properly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love renting at Park Place Condos in Gatlinburg. It is the PERFECT location. The river runs right behind every unit and you can crack the patio doors from the master bedroom to listen to the roaring creek as you sleep. The pool was heated and the hot tub as well. Clean and well maintained. We even had several days with rain and it remained clear. The condo is just off the Parkway or “the strip” so you can walk to entertainment, food and all the wine and ‘shine tastings you want.
