Ce condominium offre toutes les commodit������������s pour une visite relaxante de les Smoky Mountains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles. Le coin salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen. Le maître de bain comme une étape dans la douche et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. Le bain d'hôtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notre cuisine entièrement équipée propose appareils de taille complète, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis avec la verrerie, vaisselle, argenterie, vaisselle. Tous les draps sont fournis. Nous fournissons également un grand parking gratuit.

Great Stay Tucked Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Park Place Condos were tucked away beside the Little Pigeon River. The sound of the river were so relaxing as I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the back deck. The fireplace made the inside cozy. Everything we needed was there in the kitchen. It was a short walk to the convention center and all of the shops and restaurants. I would definately stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very nice, very similar to the pictures online. It was a little under supplied with the necessities but overall very good. We actually booked a condo on the other end on the second floor so apparently you don’t always get the one that you booked. It was very peaceful and had a nice view of the creek and there were some bear sightings but no issues.

Very nice clean condo in a great location.

We did a lot of walking. Walked the strip several times as well as the Gatlinburg trail out to Cataract Falls. Condo was clean. The carpet had been replaced. The green carpet in the pictures is gone.

I hadn't seen my son and daughter-in-law for 3 years. They live in Virginia. It was wonderful to see them, and it was also wonderful to have such a nice place for all of us to stay. The only problem we had was with the second bed in the guest room, very uncomfortable, and the shower in the first bathroom, no water pressure.

The river and location of the condo is great, nobody across the way. The owner got new patio Furniture this last year and we enjoyed it so much. The condo is comfortable and clean. Nice place, staff and location but need better response to alarm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The condo was spacious and in a great location.The one negative concern we had was how the management office handled an emergency situation we had when the carbon monoxide detector alarm went off in our condo. On the last night of our stay at approximately 10:30 PM the carbon monoxide alarm sounded. Startled, my family and I evacuated the unit. I called the management office to report and they only said to remove the batteries from the alarm (saying the batteries must be low). I asked for someone to check it out and they said someone could not come for at least an hour. I then called 911 and the fire department and police came within minutes. The fire department checked our condo for carbon monoxide levels. The rooms did register higher than normal levels for carbon monoxide. The fire department monitored the levels and fortunately the levels went down to an acceptable level and were told we could enter the condo. They said it appeared the gas hot water heater may have contributed to it, as the levels were highest near the water heater. This situation was not due to a low battery as the management office tried to say. The alarm was loud and blaring which indicated it had detected carbon monoxide in the room. The fire captain even said the management office should have had a better response to address what could have been a dangerous situation for carbon monoxide presence.

We have beem coming to Gatlinburg for over 20 years and the place we used to stay was not being kept up. I liked the fact that you can see the unit you are renting before making the reservation.
