Profitez de votre séjour pour un grand prix dans notre condo rénové!

La cuisine a été agrandie et rénovée en 2014 avec des équipements modernes. La décoration et les meubles du salon ont également été mis à jour pour offrir un espace confortable aux vacanciers.

Notre condo de deux chambres et une salle de bain comprend un lit queen dans la chambre principale et un jumeau par-dessus un lit superposé dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Le condo comprend également une connexion Wi-Fi intérieure et au bord de la piscine, la climatisation, une terrasse extérieure avec une table à manger et un coin salon et deux télévisions de 32 ".

Memorial Day Weekend

The location of the property was great, just a short walk to the Boardwalk and the Beach was right there. Inside the condo was clean and organized with decent size rooms to fit our family for a mini getaway.

Nice condo in a great location!

For the price this place is great, just what we expected and needed. Location is wonderful and condo is just as shown in pictures. Could use a deep cleaning and no paper towels, trash bags or dish soap were provided which I wish we knew ahead of time but if we were staying longer then one night wouldn’t have been a problem because we probably would have brought them.

Close to boardwalk and beach, shared laundry on another floor. Nice balcony which is at the opposite end of the pool. Responsive owners.

Wonderful place close to beach and boardwalk!

A beautiful two bedroom condo in a very nice looking and well kept building. Covered parking, elevator, and a beautiful pool. The unit itself was very clean and tastefully decorated with a lovely balcony and updated bathroom.

This was very nice and spacious place for 5 of us. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The only drawback was that there was only 1 parking space but we were able to get street parking by early the next morning.

Nice Place - convenient location

Stay went very well, good communication with the property owner when needed. Loved the balcony, condo was very comfortable. One suggestion would be that it would be nice if the pool was open later than Labor Day given that we had temps near 90 most of the days.

OC, NJ Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time in OC! The condo was perfect…location, location, location!! We were a short walk to the boardwalk and a short walk to downtown! And the bonus was a beautiful pool! The kids really enjoyed it. The owner of the condo was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back next year! 😊

Almost Perfect!

Was supposed to be 5 adults but ended up only 3. Good thing because 2nd bedroom was TINY and we would have been too cramped. For 3 was perfect. A small family would be fine. Host was very responsive to our questions. Pool was LOVELY. Laundry was convenient. Location was GREAT. Patio was AWESOME.

Great little condo

The condo was great for a small family. Location to the beach and boardwalk was very convenient. The deck was a relaxing place to hang out. Down side is there is no place to store beach items when you’re not using them. Also the ac units were very dusty. Though overall, it was a great and relaxing stay!

Early Summer Family Trip

Couldn’t beat the location of the condo, close enough to beach and boards without being too close. Jennifer, the property owner, was extremely helpful and communicative. The unit was nice, had some bumps and bruises that could use a refresh and repair but nothing was overwhelmingly impactful to the use of the condo, more cosmetic. The convenience of covered parking and private balcony were a plus.

Easy walk to the beach and boards

This first thing was completely on us and not at all on the host - we missed that there are no linens or towels included with the property rental. So our first night we ran out to get some sheets and towels. It is listed in the description of the property that linens and towels are not included. The laundry on site is easy to access. Everything on the property was exactly as described. We had such a nice stay. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. We would come back to this property again!

Very nice stay. Cozy and comfortable. Quiet

The condo was beautiful as pictured. Located on first floor. Not so many stairs to climb which is great. Elevator worked well for the elderly and heavy bags. The condo looked amazing. Everything worked tvs air-conditioning. Needs a update in bathroom. Preferably a grab bar in shower for elderly or anyone with balance issues. The deck was amazing. Lots of space with 2 rockers and a table and chairs to sit outside to eat or mingle. Spent alot of time relaxing breathing in the shore air. Had a partial view of the ferris wheel. Beautiful when it was lit up. First time vrbo user. So I was a challenge. Jennifer was great. Answered all my emails. Walked me through everything very informative and caring. Thank you Jennifer! Boardwalk is about 2 1/2 blocks away. Easy walk. Purchase beach tags on boardwalk. The location is amazing. Alot of great restaurants in the area. You can't go wrong on this. Overall very happy with everything.

Perfect OC Gem!

My relatives and I were planning a multi-family summer vacation in OC so we needed to find a couple homes in proximity to one another and could not feel luckier to have found Jennifer’s property, it was perfect — from the close proximity to the beach, to what my cousins said were super comfortable beds, huge balcony, clean space — everything you really hope you get when you rent a place for the first time (plus a pool!) Thank you Jennifer for being a gracious host and providing such a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay!!

Excellent location

Excellent location one block from the beach and boardwalk. Large deck with tables and chairs as well as two rocking chairs and table. Well equipped with pots, dishes and coffee maker. Family had a great time.

My husband and I have been married 20 years and live in Doylestown Pennsylvania for the past 10 years. My husband was raised in Staten Island, NY and I was raised in Brick, NJ. We love living in Pennsylvania and we enjoy taking trips to Ocean City with the family. The condo is in close proximity to the beach, boardwalk and shopping so when our children were young it was easy for us to take them to the amusement park and the water slides since the are located one block away. Now that they are older, they can walk in town and to the beach with their friends.

We chose this property based on the proximity to the beach, boardwalk and shopping, the convenience of a designated parking space and that the indoor and outdoor amenities.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The pool is relaxing and there are plenty of lounge chairs and seats for everyone. There is an elevator and carts are available which makes it easier to carry belongings to and from the unit. There are washers and dryers on the premises.
