COZY BEDROOMS FOR ULTIMATE COMFORT

For slumber and privacy, this haven features 5 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, accommodating a total of 11 guests. Each room is generously sized, drenched in natural light, and furnished with plush comfortable beds, complemented by soft linens. You'll also find flat-screen TVs, seamless WiFi, and a selection of cable TV channels to keep everyone entertained.

Bright master bedroom, boasting a king-sized bed for three. Second and third bedrooms each are graced with a queen-sized bed for two. A fourth bedroom featuring a cozy full-sized escape for two. And for a little extra seclusion, a garage bedroom furnished with yet another queen-sized bed for two.

Nestled in a beautiful haven, this home boasts a sparkling new HEATED pool, a hot tub, large deck and a chic lounge area that's perfect for making a splash or simply soaking up the sun. Enchanted Lake, a charming Miami neighborhood, offers outdoor activities like strolling, jogging, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Its central location provides easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, parks, and playgrounds.

Enchanted Lake is a charming neighborhood located in Miami, Florida, offering a variety of outdoor recreational opportunities. Residents can enjoy strolling, jogging or water activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding. With its central location, residents of Enchanted Lake have easy access to various shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Parks and playgrounds are also scattered throughout the area, offering space for outdoor activities and family-friendly fun. It also allows for easy commuting to other parts of Miami, thanks to its proximity to major highways.

Getting Around:
Our property's ideal location provides easy access to Miami's vibrant attractions, renowned dining scene, and world-class shopping destinations: 2 minutes to the Aventura mall, 5 minutes to the ocean, and right next to the Brightline Aventura West Train Station (can walk to the train station) and I95. Some of the great dining options nearby include Tania's Table, Casa D'Angelo, Houston's, and Sea Grill Restaurant. The closest Metrorail station to the house is the Golden Glades Station, which is about 2 miles away, while the closest bus stop is only a 7-minute commute.

* For an optimal planning of your event at our property, please ensure to inquire about the applicable event fee. This helps us provide you with the best possible experience.

* No Loud Parties Allowed outside.

* Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 7 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 7 people, there will be an additional charge of $150 per guest, per night. Only a maximum of 10 overnite guests allowed. For the duration of the event(s), the maximum number of guests allowed is 30.

*Early check-in and late check-out, both subject to availability:
Early Check-In: Available upon request for $50 per hour (first 2 hours); $100 per hour thereafter.
Late Check-Out: Available upon request for $50 per hour (first 2 hours); $100 per hour thereafter.
Please contact us to arrange early check-in or late check-out services. All requests must be confirmed and are always subject to availability.

* Cleaning Fee: the minimum $1,500 event fee is paid at time of booking.

* Additional Services: For other accommodations such as DJ service, catering, wait staff, etc please let Customer Service know and we can tailor a customized event.

* Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process, which includes signing an online rental agreement. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled.

* Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form that includes adding a complete guest list that will be attending the event(s). This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit.

* Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 25.

* Safety and Neighborhood Respect: To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, our property is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system. In addition, for everyone's safety, security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. No tampering with the security cameras is allowed. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us.

* Strict Commitment Policy: Guest shall pay a security deposit of $2,500 (two thousand five hundred dollars) to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of House Rules or Terms and Conditions. We will process the refund to the original card, which may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned.
