Whether you're planning a family getaway, reunion, celebration, corporate stay, or simply need a comfortable home base in the Ankeny area, you'll have space to spread out and come together. Guest verification is required prior to arrival. The primary guest will be required to complete our guest verification process, which includes identity verification and a background check. Instructions will be provided after booking.

Construction: The home is located in a newer development that is still actively being developed. Guests may encounter construction activity, traffic, and occasional daytime noise in the surrounding area. Construction schedules are outside of our control and may vary during your stay.
