Confortable 3BR niveau du sol à domicile étapes à Siesta Key Beach, plage n ° 1 aux Etats-Unis, 2011 & 2014. Marcher, faire du vélo, kayak, ou de prendre l'un des nombreux services de free ride de plage à la plage, des commerces Siesta Village, des restaurants et la vie nocturne. Profitez du soleil, le sable, surf, la pêche et la vie privée sur une maison de bord du canal en eau profonde avec un grand maître avec un lit King Size, salle de bain privée avec 2 lavabos, y compris la zone lavabo. Master BR a un balcon donnant sur la piscine, canal, et l'accès de véranda. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen, une commode. 3ème chambre pleine grandeur lit escamotable. Grand séjour / grande chambre avec salle à manger comprenant jusqu'à 8 chaises et le trône de roi / reine. cuisine complète pour le divertissement. Lanai a gril à gaz, table de ping-pong. piscine personnalisée et des caractéristiques de spas a une profondeur de la piscine de 9 pouces-5. 5 'de profondeur. Équipé d'engins de pêche et de la lumière du poisson sur le quai. Son et ses vélos et kayaks sont prévus. Cour clôturée avec mangroves entretenus assurer un haut degré de la vie privée. Le garage est utilisé comme le placard d'un propriétaire pour le stockage et exclu de l'accord. 24 'Pêche du propriétaire & Dive Boat & Lift bateaux sont exclus mais vous pouvez obtenir des croisières coucher du soleil par moi ou un livre l'un de nos capitaines de charte de vous prendre la pêche ou simplement la navigation de plaisance autour de la baie et / ou du Golfe du Mexique.

Siesta Key

We really enjoyed our reset in Siesta Key ! House was great , pool was awesome . For me , the ringer was the back dock for fishing . Caught several fish a a few blue crabs . Owner was great , very quick to respond and had great recommendations on the area . Would absolutely stay there again !

Week long vacation

We had a great time! House was great! Kids had a blast enjoying the pool and fishing off the dock! Had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Owner is very kind and goes out of his way to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

Location, location, location

Great location, with short walks to the beach, and downtown! Loved the pool with hot tub, and the screened lanai. Family enjoyed the ping pong table, and the canal was perfect for fishing off the dock, with an amazing view! The host was welcoming and communication was quick and easy!!

Tax season escape

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Tim was very accommodating even got us toothbrushes once he learned ours were forgotten. Plenty of beach stuff and fishing poles for the kids. Very hands on host.

Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic! The owner is local and available for absolutely anything! He went out and got bait for my adult daughters to learn how to fish in the canal, dropped off extra chairs and beach gear and even dropped by to make sure the pool was in good shape prior to having some friends over. The pool is absolutely phenomenal and perfect after an hot day at the beach. Our daughters and friends had a few good ping pong tournaments in the screened in patio. The house is clean and spacious. Anything you could think of is available in the kitchen. The house is well stocked across the board. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and 2 wagons to transport it all to the beach which is a short walk directly down the street. Tim was a fantastic host that became a friend and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect getaway to Siesta Key

This property was perfect for our family. The house was clean and the pool/hot tub was refreshing after a day at the beach. Tim was an excellent host, we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Can’t wait to come again next year.

Fantastic house and stay on Siesta Key! Location was perfect. House was extremely well stocked with everything we needed, including beach goods and fishing gear. Pool and hot tub were awesome! The owner really cares about your stay and was very welcoming!

Great location!

Really loved the location of this property. We spent most of our time outside in the private pool, but the beach was an easy walk down the street. Tim was very personable and kept in touch throughout the week - highly recommend!

Highly recommend

I stayed here with my family. I highly recommend it. It’s very close to the beaches and the downtown area in siesta key. The private pool area is wonderful and very peaceful. The house is quiet and the perfect getaway.

Great location!!

My wife and I took my father-in-law on vacation. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and of course the hot tub. The location is absolutely perfect!!! It is close to everything. Tim was very accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again.

Tim is a wonderful host. We were celebrating my husband’s 60th bday and Tim made sure everything was amazing. He had great communication from day one. Location of property was very convenient to everything that we were interested in. He had great suggestions on where to go and places to eat.

We just got home from an amazing week at Tim’s house in Siesta Key. The house was very comfortable and clean for our family and had everything that you could ever need on vacation. There were 2 beach wagons with chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc. The pool and hot tub is where we spent most of our time and there were rafts and pool toys. My daughter and husband loved fishing off the dock and the only thing they had to buy was bait because Tim had everything in the screened in porch to fish with. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so nice and quiet. The beach was about a 10 minute walk and the village was a less than 5 minute drive. The best part of the experience was Tim, the host. He had great communication before the trip and actually came over when we had a question about the hot tub. We enjoyed talking to him. He is a great source of knowledge about the island and someone who truly cares about his guests. Out of all of the places we have rented throughout the years, this was our family’s favorite and everyone is already asking if we can go back next summer.

Great Place, Great Host/Owner

This is a very nice property, with pool, hot tub, screened in with heat area for ping pong and just chilling. Host was on top of everything and gave us some very nice souvenirs for my parents 60 th anniversary. If you want a great location, 7 minutes walk from beach, 10 minutes from restaurants, and shops this is the place for you! Would definitely rent here again when in the area!

Perfect family friendly home with the best host!!

We just stayed 10 days and are already planning a trip back. Super clean, easy access to the town and the beach, plus there’s a dock for fishing!! The house was stocked with anything we could have possibly needed and the owner responds quickly and goes above and beyond for anything you need. The pool and hot tub were perfection and we enjoyed it daily from sun up until sun down. 10/10 highly recommend.
