Profitez du soleil, le sable, surf, la pêche et la vie privée sur une maison de bord du canal en eau profonde avec un grand maître avec un lit King Size, salle de bain privée avec 2 lavabos, y compris la zone lavabo. Master BR a un balcon donnant sur la piscine, canal, et l'accès de véranda. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen, une commode. 3ème chambre pleine grandeur lit escamotable. Grand séjour / grande chambre avec salle à manger comprenant jusqu'à 8 chaises et le trône de roi / reine. cuisine complète pour le divertissement. Lanai a gril à gaz, table de ping-pong. piscine personnalisée et des caractéristiques de spas a une profondeur de la piscine de 9 pouces-5. 5 'de profondeur. Équipé d'engins de pêche et de la lumière du poisson sur le quai. Son et ses vélos et kayaks sont prévus. Cour clôturée avec mangroves entretenus assurer un haut degré de la vie privée. I recently took my 15 yr old daughter and 3 of her friends to Siesta Key for Spring Break and we stayed at Tim's place. it was AMAZING. Tim is an A host who took great care of us while we were down there--answering all questions I had regarding our stay. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house (split bedroom design), the fully stocked kitchen (we hosted a brunch for Easter and it had everything we need to serve food/beverages), the outdoor areas (screened in porch with lots of games and grill), and the quiet street. The game room was perfect for the girls to hang out and the pool/hot tub was perfect for relaxing and privacy. The beach is a short walk and I learned to take Canal street to get to the Village where most of the restaurants are located. We will definitely be back again and will stay at Tim's beautiful house :)

Great spot-Great location on Siesta Key!

My family of 4 had a blast on Siesta Key and the house was perfect for the fam! Great location, easy walks to beach or town. We’ll be back!

Week long vacation

We had a great time! House was great! Kids had a blast enjoying the pool and fishing off the dock! Had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Owner is very kind and goes out of his way to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our reset in Siesta Key ! House was great , pool was awesome . For me , the ringer was the back dock for fishing . Caught several fish a a few blue crabs . Owner was great , very quick to respond and had great recommendations on the area . Would absolutely stay there again !

Location, location, location

Great location, with short walks to the beach, and downtown! Loved the pool with hot tub, and the screened lanai. Family enjoyed the ping pong table, and the canal was perfect for fishing off the dock, with an amazing view! The host was welcoming and communication was quick and easy!!

Fantastic house and stay on Siesta Key! Location was perfect. House was extremely well stocked with everything we needed, including beach goods and fishing gear. Pool and hot tub were awesome! The owner really cares about your stay and was very welcoming!

Perfect getaway to Siesta Key

This property was perfect for our family. The house was clean and the pool/hot tub was refreshing after a day at the beach. Tim was an excellent host, we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Can’t wait to come again next year.

Pros: Nice central location and walkable to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked. Outside area was very nice. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were provided.Cons: When we arrived after eight hours of driving and a stop for groceries we were ready to unpack and relax. The owners truck was parked in the circular driveway (he did move it after we asked) and the refrigerator was partially filled with left over food and drinks from the previous renters.I was told to "use what we need and throw away the rest" Umm... no thank you.There was also a spill on the kitchen counter that hadn't been cleaned. I called the owner and he was not the least bit concerned. I was told "it shouldn't take too long" to clean out the fridge. Totally missing the point that it wasn't our responsibility to do that.The chairs around the dining room table were very sandy. Overall the house is old and needs a facelift. The window cranks don't work well and the window in the bunk bed room can not be opened at all. If you have teens and preteens there are many games for them to enjoy. So much so there was an air hockey table in the dining room. The pictures on the VRBO webiste are very misleading.We would not stay again.

Review is obviously written by the wife and not the person who rented the property. He's a smart man. Happy wife, happy Life. After an 8 hour drive I understand a traveler might be on edge but no excuse to be rude. She forgets to mention that they did not read the check-in sheet, as required. or she would have known the house is professionally cleaned, (AND the cleaning was reviewed by a third party prior to check in.) Immediately upon check the wife called to complain about "a spill" and I asked her to send me a photo. She did not. She fails to mention, there is a new, additional, outdoor refrigerator/freezer. We customarily leave the MINIMAL amount of UNOPENED food and drinks for future guests. This is the first complaint regarding such leaving unopened food and drink. It would take 2 minutes to throw it out, or they could have called the housekeeping, etc. to remove the unopened food and drink, or clean "sandy chairs". She hung up on me in less than a minute. My team members and their contact info are listed on the check in sheet. Yes there is now a new, foosball table, air hockey table, grill, curtains, lamps, added a smart tv in the queen size bedroom, and much more. It should be noted that when they rented the house it was the lowest priced house with a pool, hot tub, on the water, on Siesta Key. Pay $500-$1000/night more and they would have rented a newer house. Don't sweat the small stuff, and enjoy the #1 beach in the USA. As my sign says Sandy Feet are welcome.

Great location!

Really loved the location of this property. We spent most of our time outside in the private pool, but the beach was an easy walk down the street. Tim was very personable and kept in touch throughout the week - highly recommend!

Tax season escape

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Tim was very accommodating even got us toothbrushes once he learned ours were forgotten. Plenty of beach stuff and fishing poles for the kids. Very hands on host.

Great location!!

My wife and I took my father-in-law on vacation. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and of course the hot tub. The location is absolutely perfect!!! It is close to everything. Tim was very accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again.

Great Place, Great Host/Owner

This is a very nice property, with pool, hot tub, screened in with heat area for ping pong and just chilling. Host was on top of everything and gave us some very nice souvenirs for my parents 60 th anniversary. If you want a great location, 7 minutes walk from beach, 10 minutes from restaurants, and shops this is the place for you! Would definitely rent here again when in the area!

Fall Break 2023

Property could not be nicer and location could not be better. Owner genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Fishing from the dock on the canal was great fun. Easy walk to the beach as well. Best overall property we’ve stayed at in many years of traveling.
