Excellent host and property!!

We booked this property for my parents who stayed in town for an extended time period. Alla was an exceptional host: always responsive and willing to work through any issues even in the face of limitations beyond her control. I would recommend her as a host 1,000 times. The property was also very nice; clean, as advertised, close to key amenities, etc. Just what my parents and I were looking for.

clean and quiet, great location, responsive manager

This property is conveniently located, close to everything (grocery stores, hollywood walk of fame, metro station, etc.), but surprisingly quiet. Alla was super responsive and always got back to us quickly if we had any questions. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely come back if in the area again!

Amazingly quiet smartly furnished right off Hollywood Blvd

Sunny south facing window in living room Eastern morning sun in kitchen area. Bed tucked around corner to back wall made this space quiet and comfortable for even my long stay. Quiet professional neighbors. Responsive manager. Secure laundry. room a plus. Super central location

This was an ideal property close to my son's apartment. I enjoyed walking to everything.- including Runyon Canyon.

Great Unit. Perfect Location. Wonderful Host

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days in late October. The unit is just as it looks in the photos. A wonderful place to stay! Great location and right around the corner from the Hollywood walk of fame. Pretty quiet too for being right next to all the action.The assigned parking space was very nice to have. Alla and her husband Edward are wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

2nd Stay: Just as Perfect as the First!

This was my second stay at this property, which should indicate how much I enjoyed my first stay. Alla is an amazing and attentive host. She promptly responds to any inquiries and/or concererns. Upon arrival, everything in the apartment was spotless. The property's kitchen and bathroom are outfitted with anything one night need during their stay. The location is ideal: bars & restaurants are but short walk away on Hollywood Blvd. And a grocery store (Ralph's) is a short drive from the property. Although a half block from Hollywood Blvd, the neighborhood is rather quiet. The property is also very close to Sunset Blvd and Fairfax Ave. My favorite part of the property's location is it's near Runyon Canyon Park. A great place for a morning (or afternoon) walk or run. I couldn't be more satisfied with my stay(s) at this property. I will definitely return! Note: if you're traveling from a Southern state or region that has Kroger grocery stores, you're Kroger Plus Card will work at Ralph's.

Great Location! Even better unit!

I just got back a few days ago after spending a week at this lovely rental! My overall experience was amazing! Absolutely no complaints! The parking spot was a little tight, but perfect, so safe, convenient and free! The unit itself is way better than the photos. It has amazing natural light and beautiful finishes in both the clearly newly renovated kitchen as well as the modern meets vintage bathroom! Alla was an amazing host and was always incredibly helpful when responding to any of our questions both before, during and after the trip. Alla was also very kind in providing all the kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies we could ever need, not to mention the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! It's less than a one minute walk to Hollywood Blvd, but is in a nice location where you don't hear any of the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the strip. If you're looking to get the most bang for your buck and have an amazing trip this place is the place for you! I cannot wait to come back and stay here again and again!

Great place to stay! Impressive!

We didn't have very high hopes for the living conditions here. We didn't expect bad, we expected bearable. We were quite shocked, however, at how clean this apartment was. It was very comfortable and had extra supplies stocked in the bathroom and kitchen, that we didn't expect, above silverware and plates. The closet was a huge walk-in, which came in handy, as far as space. Alla, the owner, went above and beyond to welcome us. We arrived a few hours before check-in and she accommodated us in being able to park our rental until our room was cleaned... early! She is someone who takes pride in her apartments and treats them with personal care. Don't hesitate, to rent from her. The only reason this is a 4 star review and not 5 is because there was a discrepancy in Alla's scheduling and we were forced to take a different apartment in the building (we were gladly credited for the price difference... no biggie) and the parking space was very hard to maneuver in and out of. It was close to the wall and took a solid minute to get the car in each time. Some times dissuading us from wanting to use it, so we'd stay local. I actually scraped the wheel well against the wall once, causing minor scratches to the car. But hey, I might just suck at parking or am too impatient. Don't let this affect your judgment on the experience, however, it didn't ours. Just be wary while parking. My description makes it sound worse than it is. You'll be fine. The walk is a couple of hundred feet to Hollywood Boulevard. The area is safe, as well. If you google the street, don't be fooled by the exterior of the building. It doesn't look like much from the outside. The exterior is no reflection on the interior. For the most part, the neighbors are quiet and not an issue, though the walls are a bit thin. All in all... rent it and don't look back!

Perfect! Absolutely perfect!

The accommodations and location was just perfect! The property was clean. The kitchen and bathroom had everything one might need during their stay. A parking space for a compact vehicle is provided, but I never drove anywhere during my stay. Being a half block from Hollywood Blvd; restaurants, bars, markets, and entertainment options are all within walking distance. The best part though, Runyon Canyon Park is but a short walk away. The park is ideal for an active outing and a much different atmosphere than that of Hollywood Blvd. I couldn't have been happier with the property itself and its location. Lastly, Alla was an amazing host, who seemed to have a genuine concern for my well-being and comfort during my stay. Check-in directions were clear, as was the directions regarding check-out and parking. I will definitely return to this property!

Perfect for a stay on Hollywood Boulevard!

Location is fantastic. Hollywood boulevard is very walkable. Late night foods easily accessible in the neighborhood. Parking is a godsend. Driving around the various parts of LA is a breeze because of the location. Unit is furnished in a classy manner and is well equipped and very comfortable. The host, Alla is very together, and has everything ready for you before you arrive and provides precise directions and instructions making checking in and out a breeze. Will stay again.

The Location is very good, but the property itself was okay.

I stayed here for 42 days, from June 1st to July 12th. What you should know before staying here is that what you are essentially paying for is location. The property is located a good distance from a lot of very interesting places, and is very central as well. Also, the owner, Alla, is very helpful and readily replies to my texts within an hour, and can help with anything you need. The one star off however is for the property itself. Although I liked the place, the property was outdated in some areas. The bathroom, for example, seems old, and the shower could really use an update. The oven and stove also seem to be a bit old and would also need an updating. The laundromat is a very small room the size of a bathroom, and there are only one laundry machine and one dryer. Another issue may also be hygiene, as on the first day I stayed, the bathroom had mold from a wooden tray, and many of the utensils in the drawers had bits of food; however that was not a problem as you could just clean it yourself. All in all, this property is pretty affordable for what it offers compared to the more expensive properties in the area, and one must remember that they are essentially paying for location. I would stay here again, and I would also recommend it to anyone looking to explore the northern part of Los Angeles. (Note: during my stay there was some construction going on during the day in the room adjacent to the property. Of course, you'll just have to tolerate it, but make sure that you don't have any fragile items where they may fall and break, as I've had an item fall from the shaking of the construction and break.)

Great Location!

We stayed at this vacation rental over the Memorial weekend the place was a charm. The studio is excellent for a couple most of the unit has been remodel. The bathroom is a bit out dated compare to the rest of the unit. Our favorite thing about the unit is that it's literally a 1/2 block from Hollywod Blvd which made it easy to walk and Uber everywhere. They also provide parking for a small compact car which worked out great since parking is always a mess around the area. There are plenty of places to eat and entertainment around the area. Melrose and Beverly Hills are a short Uber trip away. We would recommend this place to our friends for a short stay if they are visiting Hollywood. It was easy working with Alla very responsive to all of our emails. Thank you for letting stay at your place til next time.

Great location, clean, welcoming...

This property would be good for one or two people who want to be close to Hollywood blvd. and everything it has to offer. Loved the location, cleanliness, hospitality and convenience. The cost was what I expected to pay, and is a good deal based on other properties nearby. I highly recommend this property.
