The home is only a 30-minute drive away for Auburn, so it is the perfect location for football fans.

The ground floor is comprised of the master bedroom and an additional bedroom and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features two twin beds (trundle style). The second bedroom is a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed. It boasts plenty of storage space for clothing and suitcases. The ground floor gives way to a spacious outdoor area with full seating and views of the lake under ceiling fans giving direct access to the grill, dock, and plentiful green space for family activities like football, frisbee, and horseshoes.

The second level is the gathering place in this unique home. It features all wood flooring and a wall of windows across the entire lakefront of the home. Encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen area it features modern style cabinets, granite countertops, and all stainless-steel appliances. The galley style kitchen boasts a view of the lake in all directions. The living area also looks over the lake and features a television, reading area, and a ½ bath. The living area and kitchen connect to a 2nd-floor outdoor patio with rockers and fans for warmer days.
