Something different. Country setting 23 acres and only 10 minutes to downtown Binghamton. Newly renovated spacious apartment with ALL the comforts of home, whether your staying for 1 night stay or many nights. Linens, pots, pans, towels provided. Offering accommodations for people traveling with horses too at some point. This is farm and farmhouse with its own private efficiency apartment.
A very comfortable place - large-studio-apartment sized with kitchenette. I especially appreciated the sitting area outdoors (and nice-looking hammock - didn't get to use it, but maybe next time!). It was perfect for mellowing out as the sun disappeared over the hills. Daryl was the perfect host - very friendly and helpful.
Quiet farmhouse about 15-20 mins away from BU campus. Super friendly owners and check-in/out was very easy. Great communication also. If you have a dog or like horses this is a perfect place to stay
The location was convenient for what we came to do in Binghamton. It is near the highway but still has a quiet feel. It is very private despite being attached to the main house. Extremely clean and attractively decorated. Host was responsive but not intrusive. Great stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights. It was a beautiful property and the apartment was perfect. The owners were friendly and so accomadating. This stay was relaxing and just amazing. We will definitely come back in the future! 10 out of 10, we recommend!
Location is very convenient to Binghamton with privacy and all the amenities. Perfect for a couples getaway. Daryl was a pleasant host. Nice country decor. Clean and very comfortable. Nice relaxing getaway!
We immediately felt welcome and pampered in this attractive apartment. It is comfortable, quiet, and tastefully decorated, including new appliances. It has a relaxing rural ambiance with easy access to the Interstate and a short drive to Binghamton. Daryl, the host, is friendly, insightful, and helpful. We got a good night's sleep, and our little dog enjoyed running around in the yard. All in all, an unusually pleasant place to stay.
Moving from the City of Binghamton, we purchased this former horse farm in Oct. 2023 with a dream of bringing it back to life and rescuing a few horses. There haven't been horses here in over 30yrs. We named it after the creek that runs down near the highway which used to run through the property before the highway was put in. Weâve been working hard getting this place back in shape and have come a long way and have a long way to go. We hope to have horses here again within the yearâŠ.we have stalls to rebuild and 22.5 acres of fence to build and only god knows what else is in store for this adventure.
We are in the country yet just a few highway minutes to downtown Binghamton. And in the other directions we just an exit away from Animal Adventure. Also just over the hill from Chenango Valley State Park or Cole Park and just a few mile from the Chenango River for fishing or Kayaking.
