Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You can book the whole house and have full privacy and enjoyment. House is small and cozy. Easy access to major places of interest throughout Salt Lake City and Utah. Nearby shopping, stores, gas stations, groceries, most everything you need etc.
Good: close to airport, efficient portable A/C units in each bedroom that kept it cool, easy access, close to downtown, easy check in, accurate description of sleeping arrangements and living spaceThings to be aware of: older home, with limited wall outlets. Hard to find a good place to charge devices in the bedrooms. Zero storage/counter space in bathroom. Beds only had a bottom sheet, with no top sheet, and a thin comforter to go over top. No extra blankets, no extra towels in unit. Be sure to ask the host if you want to have extras on hand. The yard is not as nicely maintained as in the listing pictures. Bottom line: It served its purpose for a one night stay before going to the airport, where we just needed a bed to crash for the night. It was affordable, that's why we chose it. If we were staying longer we probably would have chosen another property
The property was fine except no towels, entry code was not given, and we had someone come in about 11:00 on a double booking (they had to call and get the entry code).
Had to get another place to stay when we couldnât get the house code from the host. Unresponsive to calls, texts, and messages through the app. Do not recommend.
Nothing matches the photos we turned around left. And we were pushed to hold off several times to check in and still arrived while it was being cleaned and told to wait again ! Never ever use vrbo air b&b is where itâs at
It did NOT come with necessary essentials such as a trash can or coffee pot. The floors were not sturdy and felt like they would cave in. It advertises for central air conditioning however it was just a window unit in the kitchen and the rest of the house was so hot. The beds came with one blanket and one pillow and jailhouse sheets.
The property that was shared on Expedia was definitely different from the property that we stayed at. It was false advertising. There were holes in the floor. There was a huge cracked wall that had mold under it that they try to plaster together. (This wall smelt of foul water) The floor that leads out to the back door was cracked and dipping down, so if you go to step on, it would most likely fall through at some point. (From water damages Iâm assuming) There was dirty rags thrown into the closet in the hallway closet. There was no dish soap or hand soap in the kitchen. The washing machine was locked and did not open. The fridge did not get cold until the next day. They said they had central air, but when we got there, it was a window AC unit bringing air in from outside that only cooled down the kitchen. The house was extremely hot and unsettling for my family. There was cockroaches in the house, which is very unsanitary and can cause issues for people. The master bedrooms floors smelt of human piss. There was dead bugs all throughout the house in the windowsills it does not look like this house was cleaned at all. I called the owner about this and he was very rude. Didnât seem to care about any of this especially of the cockroaches in this house. He did not care to place me and my family in a different spot for the night! This host was extremely unprofessional, and I donât think anyone should be renting this house for whatever reason being! Very gross house for sure!
We rented this property to attend a concert at the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater and it was a great location for that. The queen bed was of somewhat low quality and the owner used scented detergent which one of the houseguests are allergic to. Overall, it was a good deal.
