The Trailside Retreat at Seven Spring, PA - Come enjoy the Laurel Highlands!

The Trailside Retreat is our cozy, newly-updated condo located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands, directly on 7 Springs' Village Trail! Come enjoy the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom getaway that comfortably sleeps 6 and includes a private saltwater hot tub overlooking the slopes. Our home is truly ski-in/out as long as Village Trail is open. Otherwise - a very short walk to Boomerang Trail as well!

One well-behaved pet allowed!

The property is updated with granite countertops, hickory cabinetry/doors, and heated laminate flooring.

There is one master bedroom that has a queen-sized bed, with a private full bathroom and plenty of closet space.

The second bedroom holds a bunk bed with a trundle, totaling one full-sized bed and two twin-sized beds. This bedroom connects directly to the jack and jill bathroom which is shared with the rest of the house.

Enjoy an open layout concept, with a large dining room that leads into an open, inviting living room. The living room features a leather couch, recliner and giant bean bag chair - enough to seat the whole family! The back door leads to the private deck and hot tub which overlooks Village Trail. Since our home is located directly on the trail system, skiing, hiking, and mountain biking are within steps of our back door.

Guests have full access to the entire house, as well as the private back deck, hot tub, and the SunRidge community amenities! The community pool is available during the summer months, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Parking is free and located directly outside of the front door in a large parking lot with many parking spaces.

7 Springs offers a free shuttle service that can take guests to and from many locations across the resort, including a pick-up/drop-off spot within feet of our home.

Our home is based in an amazing, central location with access to a multitude of activities across the resort and within nearby towns. The Seven Springs Golf Course is a 5-minute drive away from our home. Hidden Valley Resort, Ohiopyle, Ligonier, and Idlewild are within a short drive and great places to visit for the day!

Check-out is at 11 AM, while check-in is at 4 PM.

Please note that this property is on the ground floor and therefore has another unit above it. Neighbors may be heard during your stay.

Due to local fire codes, guests will not have access to the indoor fireplace.

Our cleaning fee covers professional household and hot tub cleaning services.
