I’m so sorry to hear that a family member slipped in the primary shower — I’ll be adding a bath mat immediately to make it safer going forward. I’m also very sorry about the hair on the sheets in the second bedroom; that’s definitely not up to our standards, and I’ve already talked to my cleaning team to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
