Full one bedroom condo newly renovated in the Bay View resort. The condo is centrally-located between 5th and 6th avenue, in walking distance to the CCMF in June. Amazing direct views of the ocean! This spacious condo includes a full kitchen with bar, dining room, living room, in unit washer/dryer combo, and direct ocean view balcony. Building amenities include indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, indoor lazy river, outdoor firepit, fitness center, and detached gated parking garage.

This condo sits next to an additional Oceanfront King room that can be unlocked to make a large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home for your entire family. Fun place for a moms getaway

Overall, I'm very happy with this place. Convenient location, quick and easy to get from the room to the ocean, to the pool, to the main strip. Even a little convenience store across the street. If I had to seek out the imperfections, I would say the dryer takes forever to dry (but at least there is one), the second drawer down on the dresser in the bedroom is broken and falls off the track, the humidity causes the sliding door to the balcony to get stuck so you have to use a lot of force to get the slide back open, and lastly three grown woman for a three night stay were left one roll of toilet paper. Needless to say we went and bought a four pack the night before we left and left the other 3 rolls for future guests under the sink.

With three energetic boys 5 and under our day-to-day life is anything but a walk on the beach but we can’t wait to watch them grow with each trip we take here.
