We have stayed at this resort a few times and enjoyed it, but it seems to be going down hill. We did stay during what ended up being a tropical depression. So the rain flooded our balcony and the roof leaked into our room from the floor above. The ended up closing all the pools except a very small inside pool. Other hotels still had their pools open despite the wind and off and on rain. We were slightly annoyed to be paying a resort fee, when we didnât get to use any amenities. Also, this particular unit is right outside the elevator. So unless you are a night owl, donât expect to get to any sleep before midnight. I know the staff was working hard, but the place needs some major fixes
This place exceeded our expectations by far !!!! House keeping was great and the front desk was as well with anything we needed. So many hotubs and pools indoor and out door. Toddler areas as well with shallow waters. Area of games such as shuffle board huge chess and checkers game boards! Next to some of the pools were built in Charcoal grills for our use! Direct access to beach in serveral areas with wash stations to rince all that sand off . 2 restaurants on site and amazing parking is included. Half mile from walmart if you forget something at home!! This place was amazing just what a busy family needs for vacation!!
