Welcome to your tranquil retreat just steps away from the golf course! We are new owners in May 2024 of this beautiful 4-bedroom house offers a relaxing serene getaway with a touch of luxury. We are working through several upgrades to make your stay even more enjoyable!

Located just off the back of the house (with lockable doors), delight in the private indoor swimming pool, ranging from 3 to 5 feet deep, perfect for a refreshing dip or leisurely swim. Please note, pool towels are not provided. The spacious pool room provides ample space for gathering, featuring patio furniture, a built-in entertainment center with a 50” TV (YouTube TV provided on all TVs.), patio seating, and a high-top table with seating for four.

For coffee lovers, Conners Villa comes complete with a 12-cup pot and Keurig machine, ensuring your mornings start just right. Bring along your favorite coffee!

Step into the fully equipped kitchen boasting all the essentials for cooking up delicious meals. Dine together at the large kitchen table with seating for six, or opt for the additional dining area with seating for four. Schedule a local grocery (Kroger) delivery for your stay or Door Dash that favorite meal!

Unwind in the cozy living room, equipped with an oversized chair, recliners, a sofa, and a Roku TV. Looking for some friendly competition? Head to the game room for a game of darts or foosball, and enjoy additional sleeping space with a queen Murphy bed and pull-out sofa, all accompanied by a 58” TV.

With four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this house comfortably accommodates your group. The master bedroom features a king bed, a fold-down couch, and an open bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third bedroom boasts two queen beds. The final bedroom includes a king bed with a convenient door connecting to the pool room (lock). A second full bathroom with a stand-up shower is located in hallway near the bedrooms.

Your safety is a priority, with exterior cameras monitoring the driveway and front door, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Great place with lots of extras. Loved the pool, dart board and outside area. Communicated several times with host who was always quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Christmas get away

This is our third year of coming here for our Christmas get away and this year didn’t disappoint! Our five grandkids liked thethe pool and dart board. We will have made memories for a lifetime.

Great house with pool

This is a really nice spacious home with a nice pool. Steep pricing, but it's all about the pool and that is the draw. You are told to bring"coffee essentials" and that means everything including coffee. We did enjoy ourselves.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay! We have done a large family vacation for nearly a decade and this is the first destination several family members have requested to revisit. We had no issues and everything was as described and/or photographed. I know parents of the littles really appreciated the lock-off and doorbell alarm to the pool area. The kitchen was definitely one of the more well-stocked vacation homes we have stayed in.

A great location for a girls weekend

My friends and I loved this place! The owner has thought about everything and the house was very inviting. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool while watching movies, and the weather cooperated where we could enjoy all the outdoor seating areas. Every light switch was labeled (very helpful!) and the layout of the house allowed for multiple areas to spend time where we played various games or chatted. The owner has a nice selection of games available, in addition to the foosball and dart board. Communication was great with the owner and we had a FABULOUS weekend. Would not hesitate to come back!!
