This all sports lake is perfect for boating, kayaking, and fishing. Bring your own boat or enjoy the kayaks and 2 stand ups provided.

This 2 bedroom home sleeps 7 with a queen size bed, a queen size bed with a twin bunk bed over the queen bed and 2 futons in the living room.

Don’t miss out on our beautiful fall weather. We are just minutes away from Yankee Springs Park and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.

Take a fall color tour as you kayak around the lake with the kayaks we provide. The county boat launch is less than a mile away if you want to bring your own boat.

Bring your clubs and spend the day golfing at one of the several courses in the area.

Roast some hotdogs and marshmallows over a bonfire while enjoying a night under the stars.

Grab your fishing gear and try to pull in a walleye.

Feeling lucky…Gun Lake Casino is an easy 15 minute drive away.

Take the night off from cooking and experience many of the local restaurants in the area.

In the winter bring your cross country skis to use on the many trails in the area. Bittersweet Ski Resort is close by for downhill skiing and snowboarding.

With two separate living rooms there is plenty of space to relax. Enjoy dining on the large screened in porch with an oversized table or have a fun game night with the variety of games that are provided. Enjoy the beautiful weather and eat outside at the picnic table.

The large kitchen area is stocked with all your kitchen basics. A gas grill is provided with propane.

Unwind out on the deck, sit by the water and watch the wildlife swim past, grab a fishing pole and fish off the dock. Bring your own boat and tie it to our private dock. We offer 3 kayaks (1 double ) and 2 stand up paddle boards to use during your stay. Paddle boards are available from May-September.

I welcome families with small children however I do not “child-proof” the house. I offer plug covers, door knob covers and cabinet locks that you are welcome to use. Any decor or toys that are not age appropriate should be moved by the guest to a closet or upper shelf. There are no railings or fences outside around the deck or the seawall.

This is a pet-free home.

There is no smoking or vaping on the premises.

The lake bottom becomes very weedy about 3’ from the shore wall.

We are located five minutes from Bay Pointe Inn where they offer live music outside (in the summer) and indoors every Wednesday.

A grocery store is a half mile away.

Gun Lake is just over 30 minutes from Grand Rapids for X-Golf and Frederick Meijer Gardens. If breweries are your thing visit downtown Grand Rapids - voted best beer city in America!
