Guests are welcome to check in on their own.
No Smoking in condo and at resort except in designated smoking areas. Smoking in the unit will be a $250 fine.

Perfect place for all ages! We will definitely be booking again!!

Beautiful, clean, with so many activities on site made this resort so awesome! I was looking for more room in a condo for our growing family and a resort that had something everyone could enjoy. This resort exceeded my expectations for a great Family Vacation with grandchildren as young as two, teenagers, adult children and myself in my mid 40’s. The ease of booking and accessing the location as well as the condo was great!

Family week

We have stayed at this resort several times. This was out first time in building 2. The unit was clean and comfortable. The walk to either pool and to the broadwalk was easy. Loved seeing all of the wildlife in the ponds and marsh. All of the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Ice maker did not work, no hairdryer was found in the unit. Shower liners need to be cleaned or replaced. Hole needed repaired over the bathtub. Shower rod was rusted and needed to be replaced. Bugs were present and roach traps put out.

Perfect for families

Our condo was perfect. We had 3 adults and 3 children ages 7, 6, and 4. We had plenty of room and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely equipped. This was a budget trip for us and we were able to cook at the condo very easily. The walk to the beach was not bad and the kids enoyed looking at the nature along the boardwalk. The beach was not crowded at all and there were lots of sea creatures. The indoor pool was so great to have on the cooler April nights. Our Spring Break was awesome!! We can't wait to come back for Fall Break!

Spring Break 2025

We enjoyed our stay. The owner of the property contacted us before we arrived to let us know the previous renters had smoked marijuana in the unit, and his cleaning lady was trying to air it out. When we arrived a few hours later, it was still quite potent. Obviously, that was no fault of his. However, the cleaning lady did not wash towels and left. What dirty towels in the closet, a dirty pan in the sink and it wasn’t very clean overall. The remote controls for the TV were hidden which I am guessing was the previous renters not the owner. I tried contacting him a couple of times and it took him a while to get back to me. overall, that did not deter us from enjoying our vacation and having a great time in Hilton head. The rest of the complex was well maintained and the pool/beach, bear restaurant or great.
