First level: Den with Smart TV, Kitchen - gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Bd 1 - king bed/, Bd 2 - king bed, Bd 3 - Bunk Twin beds.

Full basement with ping pong table, shuffle board, elliptical, children's games and bar.

4 cars will fit in driveway and plenty of street parking.

Weekend Stay with Family

We loved our stay at this house. Excellent space for gathering with family from out of town. Kitchen was wonderful with its massive island. The basement is huge to spread out and play in. Could not have found a better spot to stay!

In celebration of our matriarch’s 100th birthday

My immediate family and I arrived from Hawaii and Washington state to join with family here to celebrate our elder’s milestone birthday. We felt most comfortable and supported in every way in this wonderful home. I highly recommend this home and gracious hostess for family!

Great stay

The property is spacious and comfortable for a family of 6. The kitchen is the highlight of the stay. Great amenities. We had 2 kids stay with us, so the bed bunks in one of the bedrooms were a great solution. Play area in the basement is a lovely addition. Overall a nice stay and Betsy was a great host to communicate with.

Wonderful quiet neighborhood with great location

The house is spacious for easily 6 guests. Plenty of parking , lots of homey amenities. Host replies almost instantly. Near to the river, U of R , and downtown. Highly recommended 😁

Great house, close to everything!

Stayed to see our daughter at U Richmond and also for the Richmond half marathon. The house was lovely, especially the kitchen!! Everything high-end and ALL the spices, which is not a given at all rentals. Owner was immediately responsive when there was a little glitch with the check in code. Centrally located, so just a short drive to everything but nice quiet neighborhood. My family loved the house, especially the basement with ping pong and shuffleboard. Would happily stay again!!

Home away from home

Betsy was a wonderful and gracious host. She was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns and the house was fully stocked with amenities, even and awesome game room! The kitchen has so many supplies. They even provided us coffee!! The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 1 infant. We will definitely be returning! Also the house location is great. Less than 10 mins to Carytown! Grocery stores and Starbucks are down the street. Perfect. And the River is at the end of the block. Definitely a home away from home.
