Une occasion unique de louer une des maisons les plus pittoresques de Long Beach, Canalfront, w / dock & 2 kayak monoplace, 6 minutes à pied de la plage et la promenade, 8 blocs pour former et vous amènera à New York. Epicerie & restaurants W / 1 bloc. Cette maison immaculée a de hauts plafonds, chef de cuisine moderne w / appareils haut, 3 télévisions par câble à écran plat, WIFI, et BOSE système de son surround. AC Central + ventilateurs de plafond dans LR et maître BR. Grand jardin et terrasse, w / BBQ (ligne directe de gaz), et beaucoup de sièges et salons pour se divertir ou tout simplement manger al fresco! Douche extérieure pour après la plage. Bel aménagement paysager dans la cour et la cloison w / jardin planté w / légumes frais et des herbes. Couvert porche w / supplémentaire assise pour regarder les couchers de soleil, et des cygnes et des hérons dans le canal. Lit queen dans le maître BR, lit double dans la 2ème BR, lits jumeaux dans la 3ème. Allée privée si parking n'est jamais un problème! Service de blanchisserie disponible. Passes de plage, chaises, parasols, glacières, des planches de bodyboard, planches de surf, 5 vélos inclus.

Great Home, Great Location, Great Landlord

This home has everything you need for a great family stay. The amenities listed on the website are right on. Its the attention to fine detail that make the difference. In addition to having a fully equipped kitchen, room for the whole family, clean from top to bottom, and close proximity to groceries, the beach, & restaurants, the owner provides the little things that made our stay more enjoyable. Bikes for the whole family, boogey boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and so on. The owner, Judy, was sincere in trying to make our stay a good experience. This was our first time to Long Island. Long Beach is an enjoyable vacation. Good people, clean city, not too touristy. Great boardwalk, even though its still under construction from hurricane Sandy.

Welcoming and helpful!

Judy and Steve were so welcoming; our flight was late and Judy was on her porch waiting for us even though it was super late. It was great to borrow a bike and head out to ride, and the beach is a 5- minute walk. It was sa perfect location and people.

Perfect !!!!

Great House . Convienient to everything Long Beach has to offer. Walking distance to restaruants, dry cleaner, grocery store and great kosher deli. House has everything from bicycles to lobster pot. Central air, flat screen tv, celing fans, well maintained , nicely decorated. The owner (Judy) could not be more accomodating. Beach and boardwalk close by. Lots to do and see or do nothing and relax at the beach. Outdoor shower is a plus. Great kitchen, gas bar b q on the deck. Private yard. The only thing missing was a helicopter. Looking forward to returning next year. Highly reccommend without any reservation.

A perfect home away from home!

This home is even better in person than the pictures show! Very tastefully decorated with artful touches that make it feel homey and cozy. The stores and restaurants are so close and convenient. The beach is beautiful, as is the boardwalk. We rode bikes and walked most of the time there, no real need for the car unless you want to go somewhere else. We didn't want to go anywhere else! We loved the neighborhood, sitting by the canal and on the porch and patio, not to mention the beach. Judy made us feel very welcome and we felt like she was part of the family, when we did see her, which wasn't often. I would definitely go back and wish I could spend the whole summer there!

Best Place to Stay

This house has it all!!! Not only it is beautiful and clean, it really has everything you need to make yourself home!!! The pictures and the description are accurate, and the neighborhood is amazing!!! Had bikes and cable, internet and the kitchen is fully equipped and barbecue makes everything easier and there are cute lights on the side porch... it was just impossible not to have fun!!! Very detailed and great atmosphere!!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Long Beach! This place is amazing, the owner is nice and flexible and the house just has IT ALL!!! I say look no further if you plan to stay in Long Beach!!! Will definitely come back!!! <3

The house is charming well equipped from top to bottom, bikes, beach stuff, games, bbq, not one problem! Landlord is amazingly accomodating and generous. Location is so convenient to all, beach, grocery, restaurants. Will definetly return!
