Welcome to Wastinâ Away Retreat â your laid-back escape in Margaritaville! This spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bath getaway sleeps up to 14 guests and is perfectly situated just steps away from one of the resortâs sparkling pools. It is located in the highly sought-after Tan Tar A Estates, the private housing section of the gated Margaritaville gated community. Convenient access to Landshark Bar & Grill, tons of Margaritaville activities, access to pools, and more!
Kitchen and Dining Area
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for dining in! Featuring all stainless-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a peninsula island with seating for three. There is a more formal dining area with seating for six.
Living Room
The living room features two recliners, a reclining couch, a flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open to the screened in balcony. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity sink off of the living area.
*Fireplace is not for guest use.
Master Suite
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, plenty of clothing storage, a mounted flat screen TV, and sliding doors for access to the balcony. The connected bathroom features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the lower level and features two queen-sized beds, nightstand, a table with seating for two, flat screen tv, and sliding doors for access to the lower balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located downstairs and features two queen-sized beds, dresser, nightstands, flat screen TV, a seating area, an attached bathroom with single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo, and sliding glass doors that open to the lower balcony.
**There are 2 twin cots and a queen air mattress for additional sleeping.
Outside
Outside there are two levels of balconies. The lower level features two Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. The upper balcony is screened in and features a table with seating for four, a ceiling fan, and a gas grill.
Neighborhood Description
Tan Tar A estates is a neighborhood within Margaritaville's gated community. You can visit two pools that are exclusive to Tan Tar A Estates HOA members and their guests. You can also pay to use some of the extra amenities at Margaritaville Resort! You are just minutes away from Redheads yacht Club, Land Shark Bar and Grill, and Margaritaville Resort.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
âą You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
âą You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
âą You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
âą You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
âą You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
***Credit card fees are not refunded if a reservation is canceled
