Except for a few off-limits areas, guests will have the entire home to themselves. There is no access to the garage, basement, or the 5th bedroom upstairs. There is also one locked closet in the bedroom with the bunkbed.
We give our guests space and will check with them a couple times through their stay to make sure everything is well. The best way to reach us during your stay is text or phone call. Our normal business hours are M-F 8:30am to 5pm. Please be patient for responses outside of these hours.

We don't recommend more than 6 adults, and we reserve the right to decline bookings for more than 8 adults.
After booking you will be sent a link to your online guest registration form. This is though us directly. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.
We collect the following information during registration;
- All adult guests: Names
- Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov't ID
- Vehicle information
There will be a portable air conditioning unit available for the upstairs bedroom, and another available for use downstairs. The downstairs unit will be set up in the bunk bedroom, but your are welcome to move it to another bedroom if you want. As is the case with most mountain homes, this home does not have central air conditioning. It does however stay cooler than most homes in the neighborhood due to being mostly north facing. There are also many fans throughout the house, and we suggest opening the windows at night đ
City Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. At all times of the year, please try to utilize the driveway only. There are 4 parking spaces in the driveway. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.
Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 7 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

âą You are aware that there are cameras on the property overlooking the front area of the house and driveway. This is for your safety and ours.

#3 â No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
âą Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#4 - Number of Guests
âą Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!
#5 â No Parties
âą Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!
#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
âą If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please make sure not to put away dirty dishes. Future guests will be very appreciative!
#7 - Check Out is 10AM
âą Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We canât stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25 and would allow you to check out up until 12pm.
#8 - Lights and Electronics
âą We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
