Beautiful Gem located on the San Bernard River. Renovated and ready for you to enjoy. The stylish studio apartment has been thoughtfully prepared for a peaceful and remote getaway. Located in a rural area, it’s a perfect place to recharge and get in touch with nature. The unit is the upstairs corner unit, where you have an unobstructed view of the River. Nestled between a wildlife refuge and the wide open San Bernard River. Fire-pits are located on the 2 acre property for unmatched relaxation
The space
There are several public boat docks within 10-15 minutes of the property! Take advantage and feel free to bring your boat or Jet Skis with you and get on the water for some fun!
Other things to note
This is a rural area, mosquitos and other insects are present with the close proximity to the water and farmland. Insect repellent is a great idea to bring
