Welcome to our Mediterranean-style vacation home located in Paseo Miraflores at Las Catalinas.



As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living space comprising a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen is outfitted with sleek stainless steel appliances, complemented by wood cabinets and ample natural light streaming in. Gather around the kitchen island with seating for four, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or casual meals.



The living room features a large L-shaped sofa, ideal for lounging after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The decor is tastefully minimalist with pops of color found in the furnishings, throw pillows, artwork, and vibrant hues reminiscent of nature or the soothing tones of the sea. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.



Step outside onto the terrace and soak in the Mediterranean ambiance while enjoying al fresco dining or simply unwinding with a good book.



This charming property, located on a second floor, boasts three bedrooms, each with its own unique features. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and comes complete with a private ensuite bathroom.



The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering two sets of twin bunk beds. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and shares a beautifully appointed bathroom with the second bedroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



For added convenience, the property includes a laundry room, A/C and high-speed internet, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo.
