This house is located in central Wisconsin. We are an hour from Wausau, Eau Claire, and Stevens Point. We are within a 1/2 hour of Marshfield Clinic Health System in Marshfield and Neillsville.
Enjoy time on the porch grilling out, soaking in the sun, or play time in the yard. There is a herb garden for you to pick fresh herbs for your master chef creations.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms with one being a multi-purpose room of a 2 single beds and an office. Right outside the bedroom door is the main full bath with a tub/shower combo.
The open concept upper level comes with a fully stocked full kitchen with a coffee nook that will meet the needs of any guest. There is plenty of space for family and friends. The kitchen island seats 6 with a high bench for the little ones and the table seats 8.
Don't miss a beat in your conversations while watching a game or movie in the living room right next to the kitchen and dining room.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms with the second full bath with a shower and washer/dryer right outside the door.
Sit back and enjoy a beverage at the Bird Jax Speakeasy in the lower level. Here you will get to reminisce with the vintage desk, purse and hat collage, pictures of Loyal, a bar, and loveseat.
Kids can play in the second living room in the lower level. There is a couch, a recliner, and a TV.
