Our Favorite Things About This Home:
Wrenley Chateau is a spacious, family-friendly home with beautiful views from the back patio with ample seating and a grill for guest's use! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and also features a large fenced in backyard. The two living room areas are clean and inviting and a large sunroom boats beautiful views of the outdoors. The sunroom is another excellent space for conversation and relaxation! Come and enjoy the cozy and inviting aesthetic of this property!

Home Layout:
As you enter through the front door you will see a spacious and tastefully furnished sitting room to your right, as well as a dining room table that leads straight into the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils for your stay, as well as a coffee pot and medium roast coffee! Just off the kitchen is a short hallway leading to the back door that accesses the sun room, patio area, grill, and backyard. Back through the house you will find another comfortable living room with a fireplace and TV. Both bedrooms in the house have King sized beds, closet space, a TV, and private bathrooms.

Things To Know About This Property:
1. This property is not pet-friendly
2. There are 2 king beds and an air mattress available for a total of 6 people to sleep in.
3. There are three security cameras located on the exterior of the house Ring Doorbell is at front entrance as well as near the back door facing the exterior walkway Guests will not have access to the garage or the 3rd bedroom in the house Parking available for up to 3 vehicles on the driveway.

Weather and Outages!
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
