Welcome to our home, located in a private and quiet area less than a mile from historic Cape Charles.
Our property offers quick access to the Chesapeake Bay and includes a boat slip available for vessels up to 17 feet. The spacious backyard features a gas grill, firepit, corn hole boards, a putting green, and a covered porch. Inside, you can enjoy the scenery from the large open kitchen and living area, which features floor-to-ceiling windows.
Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a Viking gas cooktop, beverage fridge, undercounter icemaker, bar area, and an RO water dispenser. The house also features a whole-house water filtration system and an automatic generator. For your convenience, we provide linens, toilet paper, hand soap, beach chairs, and towels.
Please note the following details regarding your stay:
- Pool: The community swimming pool is within walking distance.
- Hot Tub: The hot tub has been removed and replaced with the putting green.
- Security: To ensure safety while valuing your privacy, there is a single security camera on the front of the house; it is only monitored if necessary.
- POA Requirements: The POA requires all guests to sign an agreement regarding the use of common areas. Please sign and return this document upon booking.
- Boating: If you plan to use the boat slip or bring a trailer, please let us know so we can inform the dockmaster.
