The space
Two years in the making!! Villa Forte was all but abandoned before it was brought back to life with much TLC and an Italian girl's drive. The result - Suite 4, a centrally located second floor apartment with Smart lock entry.. As you enter the driveway, you will have your own parking space in the rear of the property. A code will give you access to the main entrance of the Villa. Enjoy the high ceilings, original hardwood floors, large windows and plenty of natural light throughout. This apartment features a sunny and spacious bedroom with a carefully chosen queen size bed, blackout curtains and a personal closet. The cozy living room offers an ultra comfy sofa for lounging after a busy day and a Smart TV. Games, puzzles and good reads are there ready to be explored. In addition to central air, you will also be able to enjoy remote controlled ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked. It has a stainless steel fridge, stainless sink, basic kitchen necessities (pots, pans, glasses utensils, paper products, etc. ) an electric cooktop, a microwave, smoothie mixer and a toaster. Last but not least-- a Keurig ( we provide pods/creamer) to get you going.

Though Villa Forte is in a calm location, it is centrally located with the airport just 4 miles away, Liberty University within 2 miles and University of Lynchburg at under 2 miles. Downtown, with all the restaurants and trails, is quickly accessible with a mere 10 minute drive. Villa Forte is the perfect place to retreat to after taking in all that Lynchburg has to offer.
