The Cottage on Lakeview is the best kept secret on Lake Missaukee! As soon as you enter, prepare to enjoy lake views and lake access just steps away. In the summer, it’s easy to spend all day with your toes in the sand and swimming in the clear water of Lake Missaukee. The Cottage on Lakeview features a master bedroom with private bath, walk-in closet, and king-size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, large closet, and an adjacent full bathroom. A beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and center island that seats six shares an open floor plan with the living room that incorporates a sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs to relax. An oversized, two-car garage offers added entertainment space. The Cottage on Lakeview is uniquely suited for year-round use. Access to the lake and beach area is across the road. The docks are for private use only but the beach area is public.

A beautiful cottage very close to the water with beach access. The cottage was very clean and well kept and fit all of our family’s needs. We will definitely be staying here again!

Clean & Adorable

Very nice and clean home. You can tell the owner does a wonderful job organizing and keeping up with this house. The surrounding area was beautiful. We didn’t do much in the area due to a family reunion but I can imagine a family would really enjoy their stay and the lake access. I would highly recommend renting this amazingly clean home.

Quick getaway

Property was everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway for golf and relaxation. Would definitely consider staying here again. Lake City was a nice little town and the property was very close to Cadillac as well!

Great cottage in LC

Everything was new and clean. Was very well stocked with everything we could need. We really enjoyed our stay. The location to Lake Missaukee, and other Family members was perfect.

Immaculately Clean and Beautiful!

Property was extremely clean, up-to-date, and well maintained! Just steps from the beach, it was a fantastic experience staying here. Perfect getaway for a solo individual or small family. Neighborhood was also great with very friendly neighbors!

Lake City family vacation

The house was perfect for our needs. The rest of our family was staying at a house on Lake Missaukee. It was so nice to have this lovely, quiet house to hang out in. Very thoughtful touches like water bottles in the 2nd refrigerator.

Everything was exactly as described! Beautiful house inside and out! Communication was excellent! Great location and would highly recommend as well as would book again when in the area! We were in town for a travel ball tournament and the house was so cozy made us feel right at home! Thanks again for letting us book your beautiful home!

Amazing!

The Cottage on Lakeview is an absolute gem. We loved our stay. The house was incredibly clean and filled with amenities. It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing vacation in Lake City. The community was so polite and quiet. The beach access was perfect for hours of reading a book with the sand between your toes and the giant front porch was the best place to sip a fresh cup of coffee in the morning while looking at the lake between the houses. Can’t recommend the property enough and we can’t wait to visit again!
