Beautiful, clean and convenient

We loved our family vacation to the Ark on Park. The pool was amazing and the house had everything we needed for our multigenerational family. Easy walk to small beaches and town. Communication with the landlord and super responsive to requests.

Great house

This house was a great find. Location was walking distance to North Beach, just under a mile. The house had a wagon in the garage area we used to transport stuff. Perfect. Close to an ice cream/small market. Walkable to downtown. House was very well equipped. We had 4 kids that stayed in bedroom upstairs together. Big kitchen table. Perfect deck. Only problem we had was figuring out how to get to the house. We could see it but took a walk through the front yard to figure out how to drive it. Directions were in the info from the agent but I left all my papers at home and didn’t look at my email!! Loved this house and would definitely rent again

Summer Vacation 2022

Family from Missouri, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina all came in to spend some time together. The house was fantastic! We loved the pool and the close proximity to both Lake Michigan and downton South Haven. We will definitely be back to the area!

Awesome location awesome house

This house is an absolute winner. The pool is beautiful and the rooms and bathroom setup were perfect for 7 adults , 2 littles, and 3 dogs. The house is a block and a half from the beach and walking distance from downtown South Haven. We really lucked out with this house and plan on staying again next year.

Great family get away

We had a great time at this property. Stayed for the weekend. Rooms and house was comfortable and well laid out for families. Pool/ping pong table was a nice bonus. Unfortunately we did not have great weather during out winter stay. So we did not use the hot tub as planned. Kitchen was open and large enough to accommodate 8 easily. The only drawback was the check in process. I requested an early check in, the property manager didn’t let me know until a few hours before the stated check in time. I would recommend this property, especially for summer visits.

Excellent property, lots of space. Ping pong and pool kept kids entertained.

Lots of space for family and good entertainment option. Only challenge was that it was difficult to find property entrance. It was not on Park Ave.

Wonderful summer home

This is a terrific vacation home! We prepared many of our meals there. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of room to eat either inside or outside on the deck. The pool and hot tub were great. The pool area is very private; one of the nicest we have seen. The house is close to the beach and marina. We would definitely like to stay there again!

Every amenity

Great house with every amenity incl huge pool hot tub & fire pit. Location 1 block from beach is ideal. Beautiful, secluded yard. Beautifully decorated home with 3 floors to spread out. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Great Vacation Home

We loved our stay. The house was plenty big for 10 people. The kids loved the pool and the walk to the beach and town were super easy. We will be back next summer!

Girls Weekend

We spend a long weekend at this home and loved our stay! We stayed at the end of September, enjoyed cozy mornings on the screened in porch, and walks down to the beach for sunset! The walk to the beach was not bad at all! We LOVED South Haven and look forward to visiting the town again!

Ark on Park

The property was comfortable, well appointed, and in a great location well within walking distance of multiple beaches. It has a great layout and was perfect for our family of five to relax while having room for guests. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

Lovely, comfortable home with an inviting deck and lots of space. Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Beach is only a short walk away. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the house.

The house itself was very nice. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 small children. Liked that living room and kitchen were one big room so we could all spend time together no matter if we were eating, playing or just hanging out. Lots of board games and books if you wanted them. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Nice deck for sitting outside (of course we had 90+ temps so we didn't available ourselves to that much.) All beds were very comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation rental.

Great Place to Stay!

Everyone was so impressed with the cleanliness, and decorative detail of this property. The house was nicely stocked with necessities, which made it much easier to show up, and not have to bring everything. The house is very close to the beach, and within walking distance of anything in town. So thrilled that we picked this property, it was great !
