Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.
Originally built in 1948 by my father, this barn shaped building was the Valley's only plumbing co. Later converted to apartments on the family Place, it still has a secluded and country feel even though it is on the bus line and near all the amenities. The most recent remodel was in 2004 and has the comforts of home surrounded by plants and fruit trees, and friendly neighbors.
This ground floor apartment has a single step at the front door and no stairs inside. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a full sized laundry room. The main living area is in the "great room" style making sure the cook is always in on all the fun. Dine indoors or on the patio looking out over the center lawn with the birds and squirrels providing the entertainment.
Bedrooms are equipped with Fire TV on large screen sets, comfortable beds, and room darkening curtains.
We look forward to sharing our family place with your family.
The property and house were beautiful. Its a cute little place tucked away from the city. Feels like your in the woods but footsteps away from the city a 10/10 for us enjoyed watchi g the turkeys and rabbits in the morning
We chose this location because it was close to our family and the different events we needed to attend. What a nice surprise it was when we arrived. It's a quiet oasis close to the freeway, shopping, and restaurants, very comfortable with everything you need. The only thing missing was a couple outdoor chairs. We will definitely stay here again.
I stayed for a week during winter through a couple snowfalls. It's very pretty, clean, comfortable, and I really enjoyed the parade of squirrels, bunnies, and guinea fowl. Excellent host.
We had an amazing stay! Though the property is incredibly close to I90, the location is quiet and peacful. We had a family holiday get together there. Lots of room and a warm vibe. My wife was trilled about the coffee!
This property was very enjoyable. It is an older place, but don't let that fool you. It was very clean. There was snow on the ground and was very cold outside. The home was quite toasty inside! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This was such a unique rental. Amenities were great with a well stocked kitchen, remodeled master bath, laundry room and antique furniture. The folders of information not only showed how to enter, enjoy the property, and over 100 years history of the homestead. My wife and sister got such a kick out of letters of the matriarchâs life experiences. It was so close to my parentâs house, yet allowed us down time to be alone. Alan was such a gracious host. We will definitely book the âfarm houseâ on return trips!
My husband and I just moved to Spokane and we couldn't move into our house right away. The hobby farm in the city was the perfect place for us to stay in our transition time. It was very comfy and conveniently located. The host was very helpful and responsive when we needed them. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Was nice and quiet, clean, and comfortable. Got good rest after busy days, close to our family and grocery store so was very convenient for our stay. Only thing that I can think of is when exiting onto the road, poor visibility if vegetation was trimmed back a little would make much safer entering roadway.
Clean and comfortable. A little tricky to find in the dark. Only A/C unit was in the master bedroom. Some fans would have been nice. Loved the outdoor seating in the wooded yard.
The property sits back away from highway. Quiet, especially at night. Slept well! Didn't spend much time there as we were doing day trips with family. Family reunion week.
