Enter through custom double wood doors imported from Italy to an impressive entry way leading to the beautiful living room with French doors and a 60 foot slate patio complete with outdoor dining table and lounge chairs and couch for entertaining.

We are empty nesters who enjoy having our two adults daughters and our grandchildren staying with us.
We fell in love with this house as we adore the Tuscan countryside as well as beautiful beaches and this house has allowed us to combine our two passions. The original owner is a well- known Italian restauranteur who used materials original to Italy as well as architectural elements. We have decorated this villa with the highest attention to detail-using Restoration Hardware and designer furniture.
We are neat, clean and super responsive to any questions or issues.
There are hiking and bike trails adjacent to our property which is located on a private road just off prestigious Bull Path.
We are close to farm stands, duck pond, restaurants and the great East Hampton beaches.
We love going to Sag Harbor at night as it is a short drive away.
Our land is truly extraordinary. With almost two acres that are completely fenced in and graced with tall white pines that have been pruned to provide a majestic canopy. We have a new lighted pergola complete with beautiful black and white high end outdoor furniture. The serene heated pool is free form and designed to blend with nature.
