We’re ideally located in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida, just a short jaunt from iconic Disney attractions like Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom, the enchanting Epcot along with the mesmerizing Happily Ever After Fireworks.



The villa is designed with modern resilience and radiates a tropical charm offering plentiful space for up to eight guests. In the two tranquil bedrooms, you’ll discover comfortable bedding, blackout shades ensuring you sleep soundly. For longer stays, a washer, dryer, and ironing amenities are readily available. The upcoming holidays–Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, and Memorial Day are perfect opportunities to experience something truly magical at the Walt Disney World Resort, just minutes away from the villa. Our property serves as the perfect base for these events, inviting you to unwind in style following a day of merry-making.



In the vicinity, you will find some of Kissimmee’s exciting culinary scene. We recommend exploring local pubs and restaurants nearby for an authentic taste of the Floridian lifestyle.



For all communication, we'll be readily available through the Airbnb app. While you’ll have complete privacy and seamless, contactless check-in through the keypad, we're just a message away to provide local recommendations or assistance to enhance your stay.

DISCLAIMER:



Toiletries: All of our homes come with basic starter packs for dish soap, trash bags, paper towels etc.  You will need to go to the grocery store during your time at our home to replace these consumable items.  The home will be stocked with appropriate levels of bath towels, hand towels, wash clots etc.  Due to food allergies the cabinets will be empty so items like spices, salt and pepper etc. will not be on site when you arrive and will need to be brought with you or purchased once you arrive.



Interaction with Guests:

For your comfort and convenience, all communication is handled directly through the Airbnb app 📲. We’re always quick to respond and happy to help with anything you may need before, during, or after your stay.
