The Space:
Our welcoming retreat nestles in the heartbeat of Reno, Nevada, offering captivating mountain views set over two stories of comfort and elegance. Tailored for 6 guests, our 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath grand villa mirrors the radiance of the Silver State itself.

Each tastefully adorned bedroom is a sanctuary of peace, with the master suite standing out as a spacious haven on the upper floor. Guest Access:
Expect an effortless arrival, thanks to our high-tech smart lock, ensuring a seamless, keyless check-in. The entire home is yours for the duration of the stay, from the spacious living areas to the tranquil backyard. Parking needs are catered for comfortably with sufficient driveway space for two vehicles, while additional parking can be found on the main cross street. Note that access to the garage is restricted.

The Neighborhood:
Single dead end street of 5 newer homes in Northwest Terrance neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Two cars can park in driveway. Street is available on the main cross street but not the residential street the house is on. Save Mart, Walgreens, Bank of America, a variety of restaurants, 7Eleven, and a UPS store are all within walking distance. Midtown and Downtown are just a short 4 mile drive. Uber and Lyft serve the area.

Other Things to Note:
Our retreat paints the perfect winter escape, whether relishing Reno's festive charm or taking a languid walk along Truckee River, adorned with winter's touch.
