DETAILS: This lovely family home boasts vibrant decor throughout, featuring an open floor plan connecting the main den, dining, and kitchen areas. With 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, along with 3 spacious living rooms, it comfortably accommodates large families and is equipped with an elevator. The dining areas can seat up to 18 guests, and the kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators and a kitchen island with 8 bar stools, and is located on the 3rd floor. Enjoy relaxing on the large porch adorned with rocking chairs, while the crow's nest offers picturesque ocean views. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, with a tranquil creek at the back of the house, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. This home is pet friendly property, however, the $350 pet fee is not include in the pricing. Please contact the office to modify your reservation.

COMMUNITY: DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination, it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks who enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.
MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 8. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM
RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and a champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees, like green fees.
