Cette magnifique maison située dans la communauté fermée privée de DeBordieu est à quelques pas de la plage. Venez découvrir le bas pays de la Caroline du Sud vivant dans l'une des communautés les plus exclusives de la côte de la Caroline du Sud. Cette communauté au bord de l'océan propose du golf, du tennis, des restaurants primés, plusieurs piscines, une aire de jeux, des zones de pêche, des sentiers naturels et bien plus encore.

Situé dans la zone de boucle Ocean Park de DeBordieu, cette maison offre une vue magnifique depuis les porches et les chambres. Avec quatre chambres et 3 salles de bains, cette chambre est parfaite pour deux familles pour profiter de belles vacances d'été. La maison dispose également d'une cuisine complète, de la télévision par câble, du wifi, d'une laveuse / sécheuse, d'un porche couvert et d'une douche extérieure chaude / froide.

Le premier étage comprend une chambre avec lit queen et salle de bain. Le deuxième étage a deux chambres supplémentaires: Master King avec salle de bain privée et 3e chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et salle de bain complète.

La quatrième chambre est située au troisième étage avec de hauts plafonds et une vue magnifique avec une nouvelle couchette double / twin.

Cette maison propose également des jeux de société, une vaste collection de DVD, APPLE TV et bien plus encore! C'est vraiment une maison d'amusement en famille.

Cette maison est non-fumeur et PAS les animaux de compagnie. Aucune moto ou camping-car n'est autorisé sur la propriété. Location du samedi au samedi en été et tous les soirs ou à la semaine en basse saison.

Excellent house and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious house. good location to beach, but they have now blocked the golf cart trail to non-residents of that area so you have to walk. The mattresses are seriously cheap and incredibly soft. The comforters are stained. There is visible water damage inside the home. The shingles are falling off the outside where there is also visible water damage on the porch. The kitchen needs updating. The stove is so old it’s about to come back in style. The range is on the island and felt dangerous around small kids. No chance I rent here again. 100% chance we go back to debordieu. And we like renting from Tidelife and will use them again.

Wells 2022 Legasea

Location was great! House could use some update. The amenities are terrible, We offered to pay fees or setup accounts, but our house would not allow access to golf facilities. This was very inconvenient for the guys to play golf! An $200 a day for pool - No Thank You! Beach equipment was nice and very professional! Short walk to beach which was beautiful!

Thank you for your review. We will pass along your comments to the homeowner. The amenity fee also provides access to the dining options with the community. You also do not have to choose every day of your vacation. It is best to sign up for one day and you will only be charged for additional days if you use any of the amenities.

Great location, new mattresses needed in all rooms

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful with a great layout and proximity to the beach. Beach toys, bikes available were all a plus. The mattresses on all beds are not conducive to sleeping - major sagging or hard/lumpy to the point that it interferes severely with sleep for all age and size ranges. There was sand on the stairs and hairs in the bathrooms that were not cleaned well. The ice maker in the fridge only makes about 15 ice cubes a day so we had to leave the property several times to purchase ice.

Perfect Get-Away for a Family Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great beach house! It sits across the street from the access path, so the beach is no more than a short stroll through the dunes. The beach is clean and uncrowded (April) and great for swimming or walking. The house is very roomy and bright, and very clean. Views, especially from the third floor, are spectacular. The porch is shady and great for morning coffee or evening cocktails! The kitchen is pretty-well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The location is somewhat remote; the house is 4 miles from the highway and DeBordieu (pronounced "Debbie-doo", apparently!) is a 15-20 minute drive from Pawleys Island itself. Minor gripes: there were no trash bags, dish detergent or even salt & pepper in the house when we arrived. Bit of a downer to have to spend your first morning on vacation shopping for such things! Otherwise, however, the mgmt co were very responsive and upfront about everything. All in all, we had a great week in this house and would recommend it without hesitation.

Thank you very much for your review. As stated in our agreement we do not supply condiments since most people do not like to use items after another guest :) We do supply travel size bar soaps, toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels. This is standard for most vacation rentals. Typically most or our vacation rental guests pack a tote with essentials that they like to use during their stay. We certainly appreciate your feedback and will use your suggestions to continually improve our guests experience.

Legasea Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay, overall, in this spacious and well-located rental in DeBordieu. Communication with the rental agency staff was easy and seamless. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the house stopped working a couple of days into our stay. The rental company was quick to have an appliance rental company deliver one until a new refrigerator was delivered and installed the next day. We ended up having to throw some food items away, but salvaged the majority of our food. The rental refrigerator was located in the garage, also, so it was slightly inconvenient for us. However, Tidelife acted quickly to ensure the new refrigerator arrived the next morning. The ice maker never worked before we left, so we had to buy ice. There were tiny ants in a few places in the kitchen, but we sprayed (spray was included under the kitchen sink) for those ourselves. I reported the ants upon check-out, as I wanted Tidelife to hopefully take care of the situation before the next renters arrived later in the day. I also reported that the ice maker was still not working. Besides those issues/inconveniences, and the pretty dated decor and condition of some rooms, it was a nice property. The living area is huge and the tv room/den was nice. The porch was a huge plus, also.

Short walk to the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, short walk to the beach. Access to amenities in the community costs $200 a day. We did not partake. Loved the architecture of the house. It has a wraparound porch with rocking chairs, patio furniture and swing. The view of the landscaping is beautiful as is the ocean view from the top 2 floors. The interior of the home has lovely hardwood floors and older carpeting with some stains. On the main floor is the living room combination dining room which is large and has plenty of seating. A den with a TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen which is large enough for a large group but is not stocked well with pots, pans, and bowls. As noted by the rental agency only 1 roll of paper towels, 1 packet of dishwasher soap, 1 garbage bag. No seasonings or extras unless left by a prior guest. There is a laundry room, no soap unless left by a prior guest. There is a bedroom with a queen size uncomfortable bed and an attached full bathroom that has a door to the bedroom and the hall. No 1/2 bathroom (inconvenient floor plan). As noted by the rental agency, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 sample size soap in the shower. On the 2nd floor is a large primary bedroom with a deck, and a king size uncomfortable bed. The large bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, and shower were great. Across the hall is a bedroom with 2 twin uncomfortable beds and an attached full bathroom that has a door to the bedroom and the hall. This bathroom was shared by the guests in the top floor bedroom which has a bunkbed. The top bed is a twin and the bottom bed is a comfortable double. The view of the ocean is amazing. The closet was full and could not be used. This was the only room with a comfortable bed. The rest of the rooms have mattresses that have outlived their useful life. The use of a 4 inch foam topper did not help. Found live and dead bugs in the house. Rental agency will deal with it. Location was great!

Thank you for your review. We ask that all issues and complaints be reported to our office so they can be taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately we have no control or affiliation with the DeBordieu club fee. This was instilled last year and it is stated in your rental agreement as well as the property listing. We frequently explain to guests that although the bed may be uncomfortable for you, it may not be for someone else. Mattresses are personal preference and unfortunately there is not a "one size fits all" when it comes to this. Toiletries as well as personal hygiene items are also considered personal preference and as stated in our rental agreement and the welcome letter you are emailed 7 days prior to check in, we ask that you plan to provide these items during your stay. Seasonings and other items can be left behind if the previous renter chooses to do so but is not required. We always recommend getting to the property first to see what is needed and then do the grocery shopping. It is very common for the rental companies in our area to provide a starter set of tissue and soaps in each bathroom along with ALL bed and bath linens. Bedroom closets only contain extra pillows and a blanket for guest use in the event the ones on the bed are not enough. We are happy to hear the layout of the home worked for you, and hope you have a better experience next time you are in Pawleys Island!

Nice location, in need of some TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the house had everything we needed plus a great location close to the beach. There were however, some concerns. This house is advertised as a 4 bedroom but the top bedroom is really an open loft with a bunk bed that is not really meant for adults. The a/c up there was also not acceptable. The beds were in desperate need of new mattresses. We had to go out and buy a mattress topper for one of the beds, which Tidelife took care of. This is the first time we have ever encountered this type of problem while renting through Tidelife. The refrigerator was also a bit wonky. The freezer wasn't cold enough and the ice maker did not provide much ice, so we went out and bought bags of ice every day. I would like to recommend this house for many reasons but with the caveats of the condition of the beds and the 4th bedroom being an open loft. As always, it was a pleasure dealing with Tidelife.

Perfect location

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, only steps away and listening to the ocean on the porch. The location could not be better and we felt great about our teens roaming, biking, etc. As other reviewers mentioned, my only recommendation would be improving the mattresses/bedding. The rental company was great to work with and we enjoyed our vacation gear rentals as well. The kitchen was very well equipped and the home was so cozy! Thank you for sharing it with our family and we would love to go back!
