Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this Desert Paradise. Newly renovated and decorated with a little Palm Springs flair, bring your loved ones and furry friends to enjoy the open floor plan perfect for entertaining. This 2 bed 2 bath house has everything you need to feel at home, centrally located just 10 minutes away from all the fun Palm Springs has to offer.

The space
Our peaceful Desert Paradise has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway, with the option of all the fun and adventure that Palm Springs holds just a 10 minute drive away, downtown, and the famous Palm Springs Areal Tramway. Our wide open floor plan is perfect for entertaining family or a small group of friends. There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized memory foam beds, ample closet space and night stands for storing your personal items, and black out curtains for those who like to sleep in. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with stand up showers, great lighting, fresh fluffy towels and wash cloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience and washer/dryer for laundry needs.

Our kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for those days when you choose to eat-in. Keurig coffee maker, french press, toaster and blender are at your disposal along with complimentary tea, coffee pods and creamer. The dining table suits 6, with additional room for 2 more on the counter. We also have glassware to meet all of your cocktail needs.

Take a dip in the in-ground pool or enjoy the jets in the spa. Relax in the outdoor seating area and put your favorite burgers on the gas grill. The patio table also doubles as a propane fire pit so gather around watch the stars on a perfect Palm Springs night. The deep end of the pool measures 5 feet deep. Pool heating is available. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you'd like the pool heated so it can be ready when you arrive. There is an additional fee of $60 per day for pool heating. We require a minimum of 2 days and the pool will be heated to 84 degrees. Please confirm with your preferred weather app as we cannot provide refunds due to inclement weather.

Our cozy desert home is fully fenced, making it perfect for letting your furry friends run around. We are pet friendly, and would love to make your furry one's stay special too. There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $25 for small pets (under 40lbs) and $50 for large pets (over 40 lbs). There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation. If you are traveling with a pet, please tell us a little about them so we can ensure they also feel at home. Please also let us know if you are traveling with children, and their ages so that we can make your stay as family friendly as possible.

Please note, as per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance:

There is no outside amplified noise (i.e. music) permitted at any Vacation Rental or Homeshare property while being rented. Music must be fully contained within the property at all times. A citation issued during your stay will result in an additional fee removed from the security deposit for the cost incurred. Repeat offenses may result in termination of your stay without refund.

Please note, as per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance:

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

The primary renter must provide a copy of their government ID prior to check-in. A copy of the ID will be kept on file while the guest is at the property and will be shared with the Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law

Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).

All guests are required to print and sign names to city of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants. (This will be emailed with the rental agreement prior to your stay)

No more than 4 people are allowed to occupy the property overnight, with an additional 4 people permitted during daytime hours.

All bookings during Cochella, Stagecoach, or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there is no damage or broken house rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation less than 72 hours prior to check in, the $500 will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

** These rules are set forth by the City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, yard and driveway. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Contactless check-in and check-out will be provided to all guests. The driveway can fit 2 cars and street parking is also available.

Other things to note
- Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $60 per day (minimum of 2 days required)
- Pets are welcome, but no more than 2 pets per reservation. There is an additional clean fee per pet. $25 per small pet (under 40 lbs) and $50 per large pet (over 40 lbs)
- No smoking of any kind inside the home. Smoking is permitted on the property outside only.
- Please be sure to turn off the propane for the grill and the fire pit after use.
- Additional bed is available upon request.
