Fantastic property in an amazing area

The property is beautiful, well maintained, and in a part of the island that is really ideal. I loved staying here and really hope I can come back. The staff was absolutely great and very enjoyable to interact with and helpful in every way possible. The local beach, a 5 minute drive, is one of the most incredible places I have ever been to.

Downtown Athens Without the Tourist Price

We were very happy with our choice of property. We were met at the building and given a tour of the apartment, though we were told there was no washing machine. There is one in the kitchen, though no soap, manual, nor drying rack to use with it. Our other issue was with the size of the shower. It is small and an odd shape so washing my hair ended with bruised elbows. The neighbourhood is quiet with lots of eateries at reasonable prices, more inexpensive than other neighbourhoods we visited.

Loved it!

Was greeted by Chris and he showed me the apartment, and also gave me some information for some things I was looking for. Because of the length of my stay, he also offered to have the apartment cleaned and sheets/towels refreshed mid-way through our stay. He was incredibly responsive to any messages I sent and very helpful with recommendations. The space was great - big with windows on both sides so filled with light. AC was good, and I loved having the washer available. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom and kitchen both had ample storage. We didn't use the kitchen (too much good food in Athens!) but it was well stocked with all the pans/plates you would need. I loved the neighbourhood and it had a lot of great little cafes/restaurants easily walkable. It was also an easy walk from the apartment to the main entrance of the acropolis and an easy 20-ish min walk to Psirri and Monastiraki neighbourhoods (I liked those better than Plaka). I would definitely stay here again - thank you Chris and team for a wonderful stay in Athens!

We chose this specific location for our apartment as it combines the best of both worlds; the old and the new. Not only is it one of the safest areas in the city, but it is also perfectly located within walking distance to all major local transport (metro, tram, buses), historical sites, and a plethora of top-notch culinary establishments. Furthermore, we know this area extremely well as our family’s hospitality businesses have been located here since we were only kids.
