Cozy Cabin Lake Texoma

The cabin is nestled on 2 acres with plenty of places to explore. The property is heavily treed with a couple open clearings. As you drive up the gravel driveway, you will notice plenty of outdoor living spaces.

Outside Area:
We have hammocks on trees, picnic tables, two fire pit areas with seating, and a screened patio with seating available. There is a grill and firewood available on the deck, charcoal and lighter fluid available on the porch.

Inside:
Inside the cabin, the first floor features a day bed that doubles as a couch, a chair, and a small dining area with seating for four. A full kitchen, full bathroom, and private room are also located downstairs. The ladder will take you into the loft space where you will find an additional four beds.

Sleeping:
We have 6 beds in total; 3 extra large full size beds, and three twin size beds.

HVAC:
The cabin does have a small AC unit in the private room with a floor heater as well as an AC/heater unit in the main living space.

Entertainment:
A tv is mounted to the wall in the living space with access to streaming services (with your log-in) as well as a collection of DVDs to watch.
Our property does offer WiFi but please understand we are an “off-grid” location. WiFi signal can be spotty and weak. This is a great opportunity to disconnect and enjoy nature.
The cabin is also stocked with an array of board games and card games. There is a wooden connect four game located inside as well. You are welcome to take this outside, please play with it off the deck so the pieces don’t go missing through the open slats.
Back outside we have a fairy garden that our kids enjoy playing with. You are welcome to add to the collection or rearrange the fairy garden community.

Pets:
We have a little pet station with bags available to pick up pet waste, toys, extra leashes, and mats to wipe off paws. Please be aware our property is not fenced in.

Farm Fresh Eggs and Sourdough:
Our neighbor has farm fresh eggs and bakes sourdough. If you would like to place an order for your stay, please let us know so we can arrange payment and delivery. Speaking of farm fresh eggs, our neighbor has a chicken named Janice that might stop by to say hi. Our properties are not fenced and Janice is a free spirit.
