We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was easy and smooth. The room is actually very spacious and so clean! Comfortable bed and everything we needed in our room! The host was so wonderfully sweet. I hope to be able to stay here again!

Very cute and clean condo. You must follow directions very closely in order to gain access to the property. It has a nice pool on the premises and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Very responsive host.

All that we could hope for. Secure location in middle of Brunswick Plantation. Great pool. Quiet. Excellent dining and shopping nearby. Would definitely recommend ! Can't wait to go back.

Weekend Getaway

Beaches and Birdies was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while we visited our son. The studio was very clean and cozy and located in a beautiful and gated neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Stay

My stay was fantastic! The condo was super clean, well cared for, and extremely comfortable. We only had one question for our host who responded immediately. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was fantastic. I will definitely stay at this location in the future.

The room is equivalent to a small efficiency hotel room. There are no extra amenities like coffee and bathroom toiletries. The wetbar is a tiny sink and small fridge. The bed was decent and the bathroom a good size. The half-condo is very clean and in a nice golf course community. The building number is #30, be sure to look for that as the unit # is tricky to find. We had a comfortable stay, the host is very responsive.

Nice Unit...

My wife and I stayed here for a few days while visiting her sister in NC and this place was imaculate....well appointed and by far the most comfortable bed that we have ever slept in while traveling.. I would highly recommend anyone visiting this area to stay at this unit in NC.

Staying in a Condo Lockout Room

Room was immaculate and had everything you might need,except space. It just felt a bit claustrophobic.You better hope there aren't a group of golfers staying in the adjacent space or the condo above you as you will hear EVERY single sound coming through the paper thin walls.Very good owners who responded to questions but I will never stay in a lockout room again.

This is a downstairs unit and there is very poor sound insulation between floors. Was awoken awakened multiple times by what sounded like children running and furniture being moved overhead. There is a microwave large dorm size refrigerator and a coffee pot but nothing meaningful for a kitchen

Problems w cleanliness and noise

We were looking for a relaxing weekend after a family loss. When I went to take a shower there was hair in it. Found a few earwigs. Paid for 3 nights and only stayed for 2. The people staying in the other side of our unit were a bunch of teenagers that were loud and screeching and partying. Slamming doors etc. apparently the AC unit would freeze out if you put it lower than what the host set it for so it was humid during an extremely hot time. This trip was anything but relaxing.I always try to be positive so I will say The host did reply to me with my issues.

We are very sorry that this get-away was not what you anticipated. Addressing some of the concerns noted: 1. When our cleaning crew left, there weren't any bugs in the unit, however being on the first floor, they may have come in while the door was opened? There is pest control performed regularly. This really was beyond our control. 2. The piece of hair in the tub was a first as our cleaning crew always does an excellent job, however they apologized and I am sure will be extra careful going forward. 3.The tenants next door were notified immediately when we found out that they were not being quiet. (This was a young family that didn't realize they were being too loud.) 4. The AC unit is brand new and had we known that there was a humidity issue, the vendor would have been called immediately. We always strive for a 5 star review and pride ourselves on giving everyone an excellent experience. It is unfortunate that this was not the case this time.
