The upper floor hosts the main living area and kitchen, basking in sunlight and capturing scenic views, while the lower level offers a tranquil retreat for restful sleep and a secondary family room perfect for providing plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax.

This home is located at 120 Clipper Ship Drive, Holden Beach
Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals. Outdoor hot and cold running water is generally available each year from April through October. Weather permitting, outdoor water can be turned on outside these dates by request.

A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning needs during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable after your departure, provided no damage or additional charges are incurred. Please note that the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
