The canal-front location is ideal, just a four-mile drive from spectacular Barefoot Beach and the azure Gulf of Mexico. Take out one of the provided kayaks and explore! The surrounding area is home to all sorts of restaurants, shops, services, and world-class golf courses as well.

Step inside to find a luxe living space that's full of natural sunlight, with large, open rooms and chic furnishings throughout. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (including double ovens), beautiful space for indoor dining at both the expansive kitchen island and the window-lined dining table, and an inviting living room with one of several smart TVs for movie nights.

But it's outdoors where you'll spend a great deal of your time, whether you're taking a dip in the pool and spa or barbecuing in the built-in outdoor kitchen. There's space to recline and dine in both sun and shade in this private outdoor oasis, with pool lighting creating the perfect evening atmosphere.

The bedrooms are elegantly appointed, each paired with its own full bathroom. Other thoughtful, modern touches throughout the house include a laundry room, a home office, and a brand-new AC system (2022).

The two twin beds can connect to be a king bed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
