Linda!! We are so happy to hear your amazing review. We can't wait to host you again.

Thank you for your review! I'm glad to hear that the property fit your needs well and that you appreciated the pet-friendly features and fenced-in yard. Thanks for the tip on entry—it’s always helpful for future guests to have that information. We hope to welcome you and your furry friends back soon!

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family had a great time at our property and that you enjoyed the new upgrades, such as the floors, furniture, and appliances. It's wonderful to know that the sunroom with the game table and the large fenced-in yard added to your enjoyment. I apologize for any issues you encountered upon arrival, but I'm glad we were able to resolve them quickly. We appreciate your feedback regarding the BBQ grill and are excited to let you know that we've now added a grill along with patio furniture for our guests to enjoy. Thank you for recommending us, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay!

Dear Brenna, Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that Poseidon Haus served as a clean and spacious escape for your families during Hurricane Helene, and we’re glad the kids and pets had room to run and play. However, we are disappointed to read about the minor issues you mentioned, particularly because throughout your stay, you never communicated any discomfort. In fact, you even stated that you would consider returning, which led us to believe your stay was positive overall. We would have gladly resolved any concerns had you informed us at the time. Additionally, we must address that you did not mention the significant damages caused during your stay. These included moving the TV to another room, breaking the showerhead, damaging and staining the walls, and breaking the screen door. We strive to provide an excellent guest experience, and in return, we expect honesty and respect for our property. While we were happy to accommodate your early check-in and ensure your comfort, integrity and mutual respect are crucial in any host-guest relationship. For these reasons, we will not be able to host you again in the future. We value transparency and honesty and expect the same from our guests. Wishing you and your family all the best.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the house modern and convenient. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the coded lock and am pleased to know that our property manager was able to assist promptly. I'm sorry to hear about the issues with cleanliness and upkeep. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We'll be addressing these concerns with our cleaning team immediately to ensure everything is in top condition for our future guests. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a better experience.
