Home is very spacious, great for adults. Cute children’s room which has a small craft table and crayons. The pool is great with a slide and the bath house helps to have a place to hang out. Location is right between beach and downtown. Very well stocked kitchen tooHost responds immediately to questionsI will definitely rent again!

This property was beautiful and perfect for our stay in town for a family wedding. Christine was amazing and always available to answer questions quickly. The home is clean, updated, and very spacious. The in-ground pool is gorgeous. The location of this property is perfect.I highly suggest this home for a family vacation rental.

We were here with 13 people and the space was perfect! We never felt overcrowded, the bathrooms were great and the water pressure and hot water were fantastic even when all in use at the same time. The host was phenomenal and quick to reply to any questions! The location was an easy uber from everything. Can't say enough! We'll be back!!

We had a fantastic stay. Communication was excellent and the home was outstanding. The historic downtown , Towne Center and Wrightsville Beach were all conveniently located to the house.It was perfect for our family get together to celebrate the holiday. We would definitely stay again

Perfect size & configuration for 3 couples, two with infants. Kitchen was great with lots of pots, pans, plates, and plenty of extras which made eating-in easy. Lots of nice areas to hang out as a family and enjoy each other. Didn't get to use the hot tub...maybe next time! Really enjoyed our stay.

Property is just as advertised with lots of amenities. It’s perfect for 6,8 or 10 people. Pool, slide and play room was a big hit. I would certainly come back for another stay.

We booked this house for my bachelorette trip and honestly could not have been happier! The house is beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super helpful! I would absolutely recommend this house!

We were there to lay my mother in law to rest. Spent the entire time hanging out with family we don't see. 3 of our 5 kids and brothers/sister. It was a great location to the airport which required 7 trips. The neighborhood was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house with our extended family! The house was absolutely beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were definite highlights. The pictures do not do it justice and its gorgeous in person. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the kids had lots of activities to keep them entertained throughout our stay.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, including plenty of cookware, plates, utensils, and even spices, which made preparing family dinners so convenient.We would absolutely stay here again. The only small thing to note is that the listing mentions the beach is about 2 miles away, but it was closer to 4 miles from the house. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but it's worth knowing if you're planning to walk or want to be very close to the beach.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this home to others!

Beautiful home and amazing outdoor space!!

Our family had an amazing week at this beautiful home!! It was the cleanest home we’ve ever rented and was well appointed with anything you could possibly need. The pool/game room and the entire outdoor space was perfect and kept both kids and adults entertained for hours!Location was great too! We loved shopping in downtown Wilmington just a short drive away, and Wrightsville Beach was close too!We would definitely rent this home again the next time we visit Wilmington!!

From the moment we opened the front door to when we closed it as we left, it was absolutely incredible. Such a gorgeous home with every single detail thought out to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had 10 family members from age 2 to 72, and we all enjoyed our time here. Christina was amazing - answering questions quickly and offering suggestions on what to do and where to eat. We couldn’t recommend this home more highly for an amazing vacation with friends and/or family.

Graduation weekend

This property was ideal for our family to come together for UNCW graduation. Very convenient location and the house was very spacious and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Though some cooler weather limited our pool time, we loved sitting on the deck around the fire pit in the evening. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We couldn’t have been happier with our week long rental at this gorgeous coastal home! We had 3 generations of family who stayed here, which included 4 kids under the age of 5. The house is thoughtfully prepared for children with a pack n play, high chair, toys, books, crayons, pool floaties, ride on toys and wagon, an adorable playroom AND a pool house! The pool and hot tub were well used and a shoutout for the safety fencing around the pool to protect the children, as well as a fully fenced in yard. The house was roomy and bright with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for all age configurations. The first floor master was wonderful to not have to climb the stairs. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Great location to Wrightsville Beach and very close to shopping and food options in a lovely residential neighborhood. Communication with the owner is quick and thorough….so easy to have questions answered! Highly recommend for a great family oriented stay in a coastal community!!

Wonderful

The home was even better than expected! Our whole family stayed there for our daughter’s wedding and the downstairs master was a blessing. The kitchen and pool were a dream. We hated to leave. My messages were always returned and taken care of. We will definitely come back.

Great Home in Wilmington, NC!

Visiting Wilmington, NC for the first time - travelling with my wife and two boys (ages 8, 9). This home is nicely located to area attractions and an easy drive to downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. We all loved the pool! Most importantly, Christina was accessible and extremely responsive. She also provided great area recommendations and answered all of our questions prior to booking, in advance of the trip and even checked-in during the visit to make sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend the host and the home for a visit to the Wilmington, NC area.

We recently spent our family vacation at this property and had a blast! First, Christina was a perfect host. Extremely responsive, and proactive in ensuring we had the best experience. The property was clean, well-stocked and had the best amenities! The rooms are much larger than it appears in photos. The pool and slide were a big hit with the younger ones, and the hot tub was a great bonus. The game room provided plenty of excitement during the typical pop-up showers that happen during North Carolina summers. We had a group of 14, ranging from age 6 to age 80. The first floor bedroom was perfect for my Dad. And as far as the location, it was exactly where we wanted to be! The stoplight at the entrance of the neighborhood made getting in and out a breeze. We were close enough to everything but not in the middle of all of the summer beach traffic. Thank you again, Christina, for being such a gracious and accommodating host!
