This upper floor 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and spacious with lovely views. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed for a 2 night stay.Communication with the host was excellent.The air conditioning worked perfectly.Highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed at the property for three nights and found it quite comfortable. When I had a minor issue, the host was very prompt and friendly in responding. We appreciated the proximity to Geneseo and to Letchworth State Park, and would happily stay there again if we return to the area.

The property was easy to get to. The area was stunning.The beds were comfortable, yet the couch was not. It sunk in the center & uncomfortable to sleep on when pulled out into a bed. Lights were burnt out in the staircase & hallway. Thank God for lights on our phones. Although we specified we were 4 adults & 1 child, there were only towels for 4 ppl.There were left overs from prior ppl in the fridge.

Hi Maria, I’m sorry to hear about your experience at the letchworth lookout. We have fixed the lights. I am sorry for the lack of towels as well. Also I apologize about the pullout sofa, I’ve never heard of it being uncomfortable to sit on but I do understand the mattress is firm do to it being thinner than most to be able to fold in. We hope you will return if you’re in the area and try it again! Thanks

Charming with historical architecture

Our second stay here. Lovely 2nd floor apartment with a great view. Comfy, well appointed and close to SUNY Geneseo and several good eateries. Beautiful grounds, quiet area.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for a long Easter weekend visiting our daughter at SUNY Geneseo. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and in a great location with beautiful views. We befriended an adorable cat or should I say she befriended us including our elderly dog. A great place to stay when in the area.

Letchworth Family Reunion

Needed a place to stay near Letchworth State Park for a family reunion and this was perfect. It was in close enough proximity, reasonably priced and comfortable. The host is wonderful and if you needed anything he was responsive quickly. The place was clean and comfortable.

This property is amazing! The key to the 2nd floor apartment was exactly where we were told it would be. The rooms were all clean, the beds comfy and the bathroom towels were fluffy and plenty big (hot water came on quickly and was plentiful). The fridge/freezer was also clean and water froze quickly for ice. The views from both ground level and out of the windows were beautiful. It is less than a 10 minute drive from the house into Geneseo proper...saw many birds, deer, raccoons and other wildlife on the drives. The TVs worked and we had access to many of the streaming services. It wasn't cold enough to try the fireplace. The best thing I can say about this venue is that I will be happy to stay there again during my next visit to Geneseo!
