Owner is so easy to work with! The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, close to everything, and makes for a perfect getaway. This is our second time staying at this condo, and it won't be our last.

Excellent. Would recommend they provide a linen service instead of bringing your own sheets and towels but great other than that.

Thank you Jon. Actually in the description of our property potential guests are informed that a linen package can be added for an additional price. Guests tend to forego the extra cost of linens and bring their own to save money. We have provided linens on several occasions this rental season.

Our family had a wonderful time here. It is a fantastic location, with great views of the ocean and a close walk to restaurants and a great grocery store. The access to the beach was easy and we really enjoyed the pool in the building.Two things that were better than we expected were the size of the living room and the availability of the luggage carts. We were pleasantly surprised that the living room was larger than expected and we really enjoyed the having the large island in the kitchen. Additionally, there were always multiple luggage carts available that made getting our stuff up to the unit nice and easy. We would definitely recommend this property for a nice beach trip!

My husband and I just stayed here for our 52nd anniversary and this place exceeded our expectations! The cleanliness, location-easy walking to stores and beach access, kitchen amenities, host was great, you name it. This place is spot on! Loved it! We've decided we will definitely be back!

We can't express enough the joy we experienced staying here. We will be back next year. Besides the decor, beautiful kitchen and cleanness of the property, the convenience to the pool, ocean, restaurants and covered parking makes this a TOP notch stay. From the communication with the host to the follow up while we were there, made this one of our favorites that we have ever rented. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Everything about it was stunning. We loved how it was in close proximity to everything. We literally walked everywhere. The host were very sweet and helpful. Communication was amazing. We would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice. I loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean! It was very relaxing after moving my daughter out of her dorm from CCU.

This is the way a beach rental should be done. The bed and furniture were all of good quality and comfortable. It was obvious that great deal of time and thought was put into preparing this condo for rental. Everything one could need was provided. The decor was classy but not flashy. The parking garage and oceanfront view where greatly appreciated. Communication with Foney Mullins was excellent and queries were responded to in a few minutes. We are an elderly retired University professor and physician at the beach for a 60th wedding anniversary. It suited our needs perfectly. We hope to return in the future.

My friend and I stayed for a long girls weekend. This is a beautiful condo that was equipped with everything we needed. The mattresses were very comfortable and the Murphy bed was very easy to use. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. One morning we were lucky to see dolphins frolicking in the ocean.

This condo was excellent!!! It was very clean and fresh. Everything we would possibly need was furnished and communication with the owner was very easy!!! Hopefully this is our spot for our family vacation!!!!

Great stay!

I can’t say enough good about our stay in this condo. The host was right there to respond to questions we had getting settled and everything was clean & ready for us. It’s the little things that made this stay one of my favorites in the area. Comfortable couches, chairs, great big tv, having ice available in the ice machine AT check-in, atmosphere lighting to soften the LR lighting, an awesomely stocked kitchen, beautiful ocean view, and the list goes on..thank you for having us. Hope to return soon!

Beautiful place!

Loved my stay here. The home is a lovely, and it was very clean. The view from the deck is breathtaking. It’s very relaxing to sit and stare at the ocean. I will say you need to be prepared that linens are not included in your stay. This isn’t a big deal if you are prepared, so just bring your own! I had missed this in the listing, and the owner had some brought to me. It was an expensive option, but I was glad to have the problem addressed. Owner is very good with communication, and all my concerns were addressed quickly. The location is also exceptional. There is a grocery store right across the street that has everything you need. You can’t go wrong with a stay here.
