We had a great stay with our doggies. David was super helpful. The house was very cute and an easy walk to the beach.

The layout of the home was perfect for our party of 9

Property is as pictured ! It was clean , plenty of seating for all , had little extras that aren’t common and close to the beach . The owner was a pleasure to deal with , also . We would definitely stay again !

This is a great place and the location is perfect.

We had a great time. Many great memories were made. The house and location are perfect; clean, comfortable, fresh beach vibes for sure. Having the pool was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to the beach and downtown St. Augustine fun. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had a great time. The house was clean and true to the pictures show. Location was great as it was easy to get to Downtown St Augustine, to the Publix and to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so it was quiet overnight. Owner was attentive and gave great instructions for everything around the home. We would stay here again!

We had a fantastic family trip and the 505 Beachside getaway provided a great home base. The house was clean and spacious and the kids loved the pool. Communication and check in was clear and easy. It was located so close to the beach and St. Augustine.

Excellent house! Extremely clean, comfortable beds & a perfect small pool. Nice neighborhood. We parked our vehicle & used a golf cart to get everywhere we wanted to go….beach & restaurants. A1A is busy & they are doing a lot of construction so did drive our vehicle to get to Publix. Communication was very good & one small issue was taken care of quickly! Just can’t ask for more!! I have stayed at many VRBOs & would highly recommend this place if in the area! Thank you David

Perfect for a large group

This property was perfect for our group of 7. We never felt crowded and there weee plenty of beds and space! Highly recommend. The pool is great too and just two blocks from the beach. Highly recommend!
