Perfect for small families, groups of friends, and business travelers, this home has five stylish bedrooms offering the perfect place for rest and relaxation. 3 of the rooms have a king-sized beds , 1 room has queen-size bed and 1 room has a full on full trundle bed. Each bedroom has its own unique style, but they all feature earthy color tones, soft carpeting, high-end linens, and handcrafted furniture. These bedrooms have locally inspired accents, flat-screen TVs, and spacious closets that make it easy to unpack your things and feel at home.

The main bathroom ensuite the main bedroom has a tub/shower combo, open shelving, and a spacious mirrored vanity with plenty of storage. Another bathroom is located on the upper floor. A half bath is located in the basement with the laundry area. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and a starter pack of basic toiletries for your convenience. You may need to replenish these during your stay, depending on how long you're here!

The full kitchen is an open space with modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an elevated breakfast bar. The drawers and cabinets are stocked with kitchen essentials, and the full-size fridge provides plenty of space to store all of your groceries.
Small kitchen appliances like a toaster, blender, gourmet knife set, coffee maker, and spice rack all have a place on the expansive counters. We supply you with a few single-use coffee packs, creamer, and sugar to get you started. You'll also find some basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, and spices for your use. The breakfast bar has three high-top seats, and a round dining table is tucked right off the kitchen next to large glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and overlook the yard.
The living room features warm color tones, new carpet, leafy house plants, and modern furniture. Find your favorite spot on the sofa or plush armchairs and watch your favorite sports or movies on the 55" flat-screen Smart TV. The living room is surrounded by windows that allow for plenty of natural light, and electric light fixtures and locally inspired artwork complete the space.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Our hot tub is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing or outdoor activities. The hot tub is located in the backyard, surrounded by lush greenery and ambiance. (Currently Unavailable) This home sits on a large lot dotted with mature shade trees. There is a long front driveway that leads to the front porch, a perfect place to enjoy coffee and watch the quiet neighborhood wake up. The sprawling backyard is the perfect place for a family football game or backyard picnic. There is a beautiful deck with outdoor lounge furniture that looks out over the lush backyard. Please note that the yard is not fenced, so please keep an eye on your pets when they are outside. Also, take advantage of the gas BBQ grill for some delicious meals. After exploring the area, return home to cook s'mores by the fire pit !
Pet policy: Maximum of 3 pets are allowed at the property unless approved by owner. Please note the following rules for pets- 1. Pet fees is an additional $75 per pet per stay. 2. Please pick up after your pet. 3. Pet should be leashed at all times when walking in the neighborhood 4. We ask that your pet does not climb the beds or furniture. 5. Please do not leave your pet alone unattended.

We’re happy to host you and want to ensure a comfortable, respectful experience for everyone — including our neighbors. Please review the following house rules before booking and again prior to your arrival.
1. Property Boundaries:
Guests must remain within the property lines at all times. Do not enter neighboring yards, driveways, or open areas, including the space across the street — this is not public lake access. We will provide a map to the correct public access point in the check in instructions email.
2. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are in effect from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time, especially outdoors. No outdoor music, loud voices, or gatherings after hours.
3. No Parties or Events:
Parties, events, and unapproved guests are not allowed. Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given.
4. Respect for the Home:
Please take good care of the home:
No smoking indoors
Dispose of trash properly
Keep spaces clean and report any damages promptly
5. Parking:
Park only in the spaces provided on the property. Street parking or blocking neighbor driveways is not permitted.
6. Public Lake Access Information:
The public lake access point is located approximately 0.6 miles from the property at Fishing Site Road.

Please follow the route indicated in the map provided in your check in instructions. Do not attempt to access the lake through any neighboring yards or across the street, as those areas are private property.

The kitchen was clean but could have used more cooking utensils and utility kitchenware. Check-in went fine. Bathrooms needed handicap grab bars in the showers. Garage was very convenient. Outside condition/appearance of the house needed serious attention.

We’re glad the check-in process went smoothly and that you found the kitchen clean and the garage convenient. Our team takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional space for all guests.
Regarding the kitchenware, we do provide a standard set of utensils and cookware suitable for most short-term stays, but we understand that needs can vary, and we’ll certainly review what additional items might be helpful to future guests.
As for the bathrooms, while our home is not advertised as ADA-compliant, we appreciate the suggestion about grab bars and will consider this as we make future upgrades.
The exterior of the home is regularly maintained, but we understand that wear and tear can occur over time. We've already scheduled updates to improve the outside appearance further.
While we’re disappointed by the 1-star rating, we genuinely value all guest feedback as it helps us continue to improve. We hope future guests will consider both the positives and the context in your review when making their decision.

This place was wonderful for our 25th anniversary celebration with family members. We had 9 people staying here and it worked out very well.There was plenty of room to spread out and hang out in the kitchen and living room area. We loved that it was pet friendly. We brought our little 15 pound dog. There is a 75/ pet fee and a limit of 3 dogs.There are 3 levels to the house but with minimal stairs which was nice since we had an older adult with us.There are 5 bedrooms--3 upstairs (small set of stairs that my 87 year old mom had no trouble navigating)--two of the rooms had King beds and one had a queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs (including one in the Master bedroom).Downstairs there are two bedrooms. One with a King bed and one with a trundle bed which would work for kids or a small adult. All of the beds and bedrooms were comfy and clean. There is also a rec room downstairs with a mini pool table, fusbal table, and tv.We loved the hot tub outside. It can seat 4 comfortably..We did not get a chance to use the firepit but glad it was there.The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that the dishes were not clean. We opened the cabinets and found a half full water glass in there and many of the dishes were not clean--with food residue, etc.Luckily there is a dishwasher and we were able to wash everything but that should have been done properly before our arrival.
