Spacious, bright and fully equipped 3 floor house 250mt away from the breach !

Our 3-level house is located 150 meters from the beach and offers two bedrooms, two living rooms, one with a sofa bed (passing through but on a separate level / floor), two bathrooms, two balconies, one ground floor veranda and a panoramic terrace with sea view where you can relax, have a BBQ and dine while admiring a beautiful sunset.
Wi-fi available throughout the house.
Bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, night-life and much more are within walking distance.
The space
The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and you can enjoy a very sunny and airy apartment due to the presence of balconies and large windows in every room but at the same time you can have excellent air conditioning, there are two powerful air conditioners.

You will find a cozy veranda at the entrance, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (one on the ground floor and the second is on the second level and has a fireplace and sofa bed that can accommodate a couple or 2 children), 2 bedrooms both with double bed, the largest has a balcony while the second has an interior window and a ceiling fan.
Guest access
You have a private entrance with a small patio; you can use the beach equipment available (deck chairs, umbrella, inflatables etc.). You can park comfortably for free on the street where the house is located.
Please note that for technical reasons it is not currently possible to light the fireplace.
