The Space:
NOTE FOR FALL 2025 RESERVATIONS: A drawdown of Lake Sinclair is scheduled for the fall of 2025. (This only happens every 5 years) Assuming adequate flow conditions continue to exist in the Oconee River leading up to the drawdown, Georgia Power will initiate the drawdown on October 25. The lake will be lowered by approximately 5 feet and will drop by approximately œ foot each day to reach a minimum elevation of 335 feet above sea level on November 1. The lake refill will commence on December 1 and will reach full pool as soon as possible, dependent on inflows.

DOCK: 1 Boat allowed at dock. (Boat lift not for guest use) Whips provided on dock for you to secure your boat at the dock. Please do not stand or sit on boat lifts.
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) No parking or driving on street or grass. No camper parking available at property.
