The Space:

NOTE FOR FALL 2025 RESERVATIONS: A drawdown of Lake Sinclair is scheduled for the fall of 2025. (This only happens every 5 years) Assuming adequate flow conditions continue to exist in the Oconee River leading up to the drawdown, Georgia Power will initiate the drawdown on October 25. The lake will be lowered by approximately 5 feet and will drop by approximately ½ foot each day to reach a minimum elevation of 335 feet above sea level on November 1. The lake refill will commence on December 1 and will reach full pool as soon as possible, dependent on inflows.

*Guests staying 14 nights or longer agree to pay an additional cleaning fee. A mandatory professional cleaning will be scheduled every 14 days during the reservation to maintain the home’s condition and ensure a comfortable stay.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. 1 camera is located at the back of the screened porch facing the backyard and dock. 1 camera is located on the front of the storage building facing the driveway. 1 camera is located on dock facing the lifts and the water. The cameras record video and sound.



NOTE: There is NO BARRIER BETWEEN the home and the WATERS EDGE. Please do not leave children unsupervised in the water area as there are jet skis and motorized watercraft in the lake.



DOCK: 1 Boat allowed at dock. (Boat lift not for guest use) Whips provided on dock for you to secure your boat at the dock. Please do not stand or sit on boat lifts.



PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) No parking or driving on street or grass. No camper parking available at property.

Guest Access:

Enjoy access to the entire lakefront home and its many amenities. This includes all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and the spacious living areas with Smart TVs and an electric fireplace. Step outside onto the deck, screened-in patio, and private backyard, where you'll find a gas grill, outdoor seating, and a fire pit perfect for evening gatherings. Guests can also enjoy the finished basement, featuring a pool table, Skee-Ball, and other games. The private dock is available for your use, and you're welcome to bring one boat (boat lift not for guest use). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Please note children should be supervised near the water's edge as there is no barrier between the home and the water.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles; please do not park on the street or grass. No camper parking is available. For your safety, there are 3 exterior security cameras on the property: one on the back of the screened porch facing the backyard and dock, one on the front of the storage building facing the driveway, and one on the dock facing the lifts and the water. These cameras record video and sound. Please supervise children closely near the water's edge, as there is no barrier. One boat is allowed at the dock, and whips are provided for securing your boat; please do not stand or sit on the boat lifts. We require guests to complete an independent verification as part of our commitment to protecting our property and complying with short-term rental regulations.
